Dr. Ferron is very transactional with zero empathy. He ripped the sutures off my husband's injured finger with too much force and too quickly and didn't give him any breathing space at all. He then picked at the scab that was forming with so much force that my husband, a grown man, was almost crying from the pain, and he wouldn't pause for a second to give my husband a break. He was not interested in taking his time. He wanted to finish the appointment asap and barely spent a total of 10 minutes with us. His nurse, Annie, was wayyy more empathic than him and helped us much more and was more patient. It's clear that patients are clients to him and they equate to numbers, so he wants to see as many as he can in the time he has. The number one thing that you need to have as a doctor is being empathic to your patients' pain and Dr. Ferron is DEFINITELY not empathic. Also, it's clear that he doesn't support any natural remedies and pushed polysporin over coconut oil for no good reason. Not recommended, although I'm not sure we have any options considering the abysmal state of medicine in "first world country" Canada.

On August 16th I had my left hand carpal tunnel surgery and the right hand done November 1st. Dr. Ferron was very thorough with his procedures and instructions. Very compassionate and a pleasure to speak with! I may not have met Julie in person however she was a kind, caring and professional each time we spoke. Thank you both for the pleasant experience.

I had a facelift (SMAS) with direct neck lift and a blepharoplasty and it turned out absolutely amazing. This surgeon is simply fantastic. I got so...soooo many compliments from those close to me or who knew about the surgery. It's simply the better/younger version of me but it's still me. There was absolutely no pressure, in fact my case had some challenges due to a previous surgery where a cyst needed to be removed in the neck area and for that reason I had to have a direct neck lift instead of the "regular" procedure that goes around the ear. Well after 6 weeks, the scar barely visible. He was also saying that doing the "eye lift", blepharoplasty, would in my case make a difference. Well it made a huge difference. The doctor took a lot of time to analyse my case because of the challenge of the previous surgery, spoke to me in person, on the phone and answered all my questions that I had. Julie, the assistant, is simply a perl. You can see this team loves what they are doing and are dedicated to their patients. I had planned for this surgery for a while but i was scared. Scared of the results, scared of the pain, scared it would change me...My only regret is I should have had this done sooner and not wait because I simply feel so good now that it's all done. I'm 59 going on 39 :-)

I had a breast reduction this month and couldn’t be happier. Went from a 34 F to a perky 34D/DD (I think, need to wait and see actual size) Dr. Ferron and Julie are amazing and friendly. Only doctor I have dealt with that was punctual and if you had a concern they put you on the roaster the same day to be seen. Wish I would have done the surgery sooner. I’m 48.

Dr. Ferron is very knowledgeable, compassionate, supportive and explains with every little detail the procedure. He performed a second reconstructive surgery after my preventive prophylactic mastectomy in June of 2022 . The pre and post op were beyond my expectations and great medical and cosmetic results. His staff is very helpful as well, Julie is a sweetheart. I would highly recommend this surgeon.

Dr Ferron exceeded my expectations. I had a sebaceous cyst that was 20 years in growin on my cheek. . I procrastinated on having it removed for 20 years for fear of facial scarring. Two weeks post surgery I am beyond satisfied with the results. Minimal scarring on my face and the most appreciated experience possible for Dr Ferron and his compassionate assistant Julie for their support, expertise and outstanding bedside manner.
