Unfortunately her receptionist is so incredibly aggressive and unprofessional I have had to go somewhere else. I'm very disappointed, and also shocked at the awful behaviour I endured. I have heard wonderful things about Dr Olsen.

Dr Sarah Olson is one of the kindest, caring and professionally recognized neurosurgeons in Australia that is highly respected for her expertise nationally and internationally. As a registered nurse that unexpectedly needed a neurosurgeon, Sarah was highly recommended by all of my colleagues. I now understand why!! Her ability to explain the prognosis and treatment options provided a confidence that was extremely reassuring prior and following surgery. I have since learnt of her ongoing commitment to numerous charities which is commendable. We are so fortunate to have such brilliant Doctors in Australia. Thank you Sarah

Thank you Dr Olsen for giving me a quality of life I thought I'd never experience again and thank you Dr Micheal Walsh for being a straight shooter,I've been suffering from trigeminal neuralgia and cluster headaches for 6 years and without these 2 Doctors I can honestly say I wouldn't be writing this review

Dr Sarah was absolutely amazing in regards to my mother’s surgery. She required emergency brain surgery while in Brisbane and we were 1000km away. Dr Sarah went above and beyond by explaining everything on the phone and being honest with what we could be facing after. We are now 3 years down the track and I have my mum back 100%. Sarah has such a compassion and understanding for her patients. I can not praise Dr Sarah and her team for all that they did for our family. Highly recommend Dr Sarah.

Dr Sarah Olsen is the best Neurosurgeon ever. I cant say enough for her, she is seriously amazing and caring. I have referred others to her, that have have had the same experience. Thank you Dr Sarah Olson for transforming my life from not being able to stand or walk to up and walking within twenty four hours from surgery, it doesn't get better than that. Thank you. She is an excellent surgeon that has trouble hiding her emotions when telling a patient just how bad this tumor you have actually is. I believe she did not expect me to survive surgery but she had the courage to attempt it knowing I would die without it. I do owe my life to her skill. A wonderful person too.
She will not lie to you but treat you as a person rather than just another case. I was most fortunate to have her available through the Public Health service at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in 2009. I hope I never need to see her again but if needed I would not hesitate in contacting her.
