Ezekias Zink, the physician assistant was very helpful. He was courteous, knowledgeable, prompt. He answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. There was a very personal touch with the office. He brought in Dr. Maddox, the surgeon, to see me once it was determined that surgery was the best option. Dr Maddox was also quite courteous and made me feel very comfortable with the daunting prospect of surgery.
