I left a great review for Dr Delgado under her name as Dr Stella Delgado and tri star pediatrics. Same Dr. She's the best pediatrician ever! Her name is listed a few times as it were just delgado and then it became hyphenated. If you'd like to know how amazing she is read the reviews for Dr Delgado without the hyphenation. She has all positive reviews for a reason and nothing has changed. She's still the best there is in the entire Vegas metro. My oldest is 14. I didn't find Dr Delgado until my 4th baby was born! Up until finding her I was either unhappy or neutral about the pediatrician's I took my kids too. One I stayed with just because it was familiar but they were insurance picky and my husband checked jobs a lot when we were younger so our ins used to change all the time. A lot of the Dr I saw was because I went on welfare from time to time too. Being married to a salesman is hit or miss until they mature. Now we're in our mid 30s and stable and he's bringing in the income of 3 college educated adults but it brought us to CO. Anyways, my point is my youngest is turning 3 this month. With 4 kids and two with lots of health problems, we saw the doctor all the time. I'm very familiar with many doctors around Vegas and Henderson. I've never had a Dr like delgado. My advice to get is to never change. She's perfect. I wish we could be friends. Her office staff has been the same people in the 3 years I've gone there. Good doctors keep their employees happy and she does. I have friends that go to her too. A few I referred, a few I found by coincidence see her too. One I ney while waiting together to be seen! It's a personal experience. I'm very close to my kids. I've homeschooled at times. She never judged me as parent. I always felt confident. I had 11 or so years of skipping around doctors before sticking it or with her. Dome doctors were almost as good as her but they worked in group practices where I couldn't be sure I'd get the doctor I liked at my next visit. This practice is only and always Dr Delgado. I know ebay I'm getting every time. Every visit she spent more time with us than the nurses did. Some practices we barely saw the Dr. I can't day enough wonderful things about Stella Delgado. I wish I could move her in with me to help raise my kids. I trust her and LOVE and adore jet that much. I've never hugged her or even told her how much she means to me (starting to tear up in the eyes here) but she's been so perfect for our family and many others. I think the reason she doesn't have a lot of reviews is the same reason I didn't leave any until we moved. We didn't want to share and then have trouble getting appointments or long wait times. I'll be shocked if she everevergets a negative review! I have trouble understanding the slightest foreign accents and when setting my first appointment I was worried if she was Spanish speaking if I would have any problems. I didn't. At all. Her English is as good as mine and clear as day. She's highly educated. She's willing to admit when she's unsure and she will research what she doesn't know before faking it and giving advice. She refers to specialists when you need it. She's not just out for the money. She genuinely cats about child equally. I have a very rare disease I was concerned my oldest daughter was having similar symptoms. It's way out of her field of medicine and she admitted it but went out of her way to learn more and do the blood tests I requested even though I knew how to interpret them better. She got us the referrals we needed. When I was on welfare she was honest about having to be careful only ordering things she could prove were absolutely needed. She took into consideration my costs and copays when prescribing medication and when giving referrals for specialty care. She never judged when we had hard times financially. If a medication wasn't covered or was too expensive she'd prescribe one comparable. Here's a hint for medications, use CVS pharmacy! They aren't the greatest, but they will call to get a change from the Dr if you ask because it costs too much. They're thousands times better than Walgreens and Walmart. And your earn rewards of you use the store card at the pharmacy you can actually earn store dollars. Some months I had like $15 to spend in store from filling my and my kids scripts and I didn't have to spend any more than $15.01 to use it! Plus they're smarter staff than the other pharmacies. Especially any of their stores off Sunset Rd... Back to the Dr. I wish I had her all along but then I might not have known how good I had it with her! I went back to Vegas to visit since we've moved and brought my kids to her for their annual while I was there. We were only in town a few weeks. That should say it all!
