Saw this doctor in the spring amazingly I was kicked out of the emergency room after she refused to get me the help I needed. I can only hope the investigation currently opened will find me some peace.

Absolutely dismissive doctor, perhaps ER work takes its toll after time but she sent me home refusing any help. Only now to have a tube going into my body and unimaginable pain. I doubt she would have any second thoughts knowing the suffering I have endured since.

I completely agree with all this comments. I was in such pain an Dr. Shannon O'Donnell was a blessing. And I was able to speak french with her.

This doctor is an angel. She is so unbelievably kind and compassionate. She made me feel heard and understood. I wish she could be my family doctor, I wish every doctor could be like her.

I have multiple chronic illnesses and conditions and have for most of my life, this means I have seen a lot of doctors in my lifetime, never have I felt compelled to come here and write something. Not that they’ve all been bad by any means, but this woman is astounding.

Last Saturday was the first time I had to go to the emergency of St. Paul's Hospital. I felt very lucky to have this amazing young doctor looking after me. She is knowledgeable and compassionate, making my unfortunate situation a very pleasant experience. Thank you very much, Shannon.

Caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. Dr. O'Donnell really takes the time to understand the patient (me) and get to the right solution in a thoughtful way. Just outstanding care provided to me the day I saw her (which was lucky).

She saved my wife's life. Following a pacemaker insertion that went wrong (my wife's lung was punctured) she did an emergency op that the wonderful nurses told me saved her life. What can I say? She is so nice and unassuming too. Marvellous, just marvellous.
