Dr. RACHID Mohamed is one of the finest Gastroenterologist you could ever ask for.
He’s very professional and personable and will always make time for you when you have the need to be seen . He’s also prompt when it comes to your appointments. Talks you through your procedure and makes you feel at ease of which ever procedure he does on you.
His assistant Jessica is so wonderful and sweet.

Dr. Mohamed has been a source of information, knowledge, kindness and caring. He never leaves me in doubt of the situation and always makes sure both myself and husband, who always joins me, know what is happening. I was truly fortunate to be referred to him. Dr. Mohamed is so caring and thoughtful and treats me as if I were his only patient. He always remembers past visits and often calls me directly with answers to my concerns and problems. His nurse Jessica is also far above average and returns calls promptly, going out of her way to answer all of my concerns. This is quite simply the best team ever!

Dr. Rachid literally saved my life. I was experiencing GI discomfort and travel quite often and had some tests done overseas. When I returned to Calgary, I was referred to him by my doctor and I asked for some recommendations from other doctors in our city and they both mentioned his excellent reputation amongst his colleagues. I went into see him and he suggested a colonoscopy and endoscopy considering my test findings I brought and my symptoms. I was in my mid 30's when this occurred and I would not have done these checks if it weren't for him, we found a pre-cancerous mass in my stomach that was subsequently removed. He was incredibly knowledgeable, comforting and incredibly pleasant to deal with throughout. His staff also deserves recognition, Jessica who assists him and his patients has been great to work with. I am scheduled for follow ups every year and his team is always timely in their responses and helpful in their recommendations. I can not thank Dr. Rachid enough for being such a great doctor and such a kind person. If you are being referred to this doctor, you will be in great hands.

Dr. Rachid Mohamed is the best Gastroenterologist I have been to. I did colonoscopy at foothills hospital. Once he received the results and he called me to followup with me. He explained the results in great details and discussed every aspect of it. He is the best. My results were clean by the way.

My experiences so far with both Dr. Mohamed and Jessica is by far the most kind and understanding people you can meet. Talking about things that are rather uncomfortable is never uncomfortable with Jessica or with Dr. Mohamed. Kind and caring enough to phone to ask how you are doing.
