Dr Prchal is analytical, solution-oriented with calm and friendly demeanor but very professional. He is knowledgeable, very thorough, listens attentively, answer's all my questions with good communication skills and put genuine care. Highly recommend Dr.Prchal! He is a dedicated professional with a "can do" positive attitude. He is very pro-active, highly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He was my doctor for 7 years and took care of me for the entire journey from kidney disease diagnosis to PD dialysis to kidney transplant. He has a great sense of humor and really cares about the well-being of his patients.

Dr. Prchal has been my specialist for almost 4 years. He is kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and seems truly interested in my health. He listens to what I have to say, and it's always pleasant to have a check up with him. Although I'd rather not have kidney disease, since I do, I hope he can remain my doctor for many years.

Extremely rude staff. They’ve also gotten lab orders confused, hung up on me and generally just been rude. The doctor seems okay, but I wonder if it’s worth dealing with the rude staff.
