Dealing with some painful but standard gi issues and its been 1 week of waiting for a simple prescription from the doctor. He said he could prescribe it days ago, and suddenly has gone radio silent and never sent the prescription. the receptionist/assistant leanne is doing everything she can to contact him but he is not responding and i was just told to go to the ER... why get a specialist doctor when they just tell you to go to the ER? If i wanted generic bad advise like that i could just go call my mom who is not a doctor. Maybe try and triage , and if an existing established patient is in pain, try and send them a prescription within a reasonable timeframe.

Am not impressed with him. He had no idea what was causing my symptoms, yet he didn't have the humility or decency to tell me that he didn't know. I didn't hear from him after my tests. I had to contact him. He and Leanne just ignored my emails, after I tried to follow up after tests. Very unprofessional and very poor communication. I would never return to him.

I was also put off by the number of email reminders I received (three at least), and the amount of paperwork I had to print and sign, for a simple procedure.

I was very pleased with my experience having a colonoscopy with Dr. Nguyen, Mohammad the resident and all the nurses and staff.
Everyone was extremely professional.
Leanne was also helpful in facilitating my appointment.
I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and his team if you need a colonoscopy.

He is excellent and his staff are excellent. They listened and responded to my severe health issues in less than 24 hours. I view myself as lucky to be a patient.

Dr Nguyen and his team are amazing. He has been my Dr for 8 years and has taken great care of me. My illness was so debilitating until I was referred to him. He and his team are always quick to respond, knowledgeable and life savers!

I was very nervous about this procedure. everything was amazing from start to finish. very accommodating and responsive through email. accommodating when i had to reschedule. the process in the clinic - great staff, clean and organized, gentle with the needle and great post procedure care. A++++

Dr. Nguyen was great! He listened to my concerns and came up with a treatment plan accordingly. His nurse Peter was following up well with my plan of care and answered my questions in a timely manner. Awesome person-centred care!

Dr.Nguyen is amazing! His nurse Shelley is awesome. I was extremely sick the last few years and they were always able to get me in for appointments within a week at most and Shelley is always there to answer questions. They aren’t always on time but better than most specialists I’ve seen! Highly recommend
