Who is Dr Sallie?
Someone like me, with many medical issues, I went through hell trying to get this man to even talk to me properly!
After 3 major procedures of testing and biopsies in the first 4 months, I was given Meds that were awful (side affects) to take, and an appt for 6 months time.
In the 6 months between appts, I became very unwell. My other professionals contacted him many times and recieved little response back.
My GP very concerned, started again from the beginning and did a full workup incl bloods and tested for everything. So grateful she was able to find the serious problem I had.

A massive rookie error for someone who thinks he is a genius, who now refuses to admit he stuffed up.
It took him 10 months to finally do a basic test he should have done from the very first consult to confirm what my GP had found.
When I brought up this fact, he wouldnt answer my questions and tried to take glory for realising what I was finally diagnosed with....so dismissive!

I was finally was able to treat a serious illness...and have moved on to a new Gastroenterologist who talks, listens, and is aproachable when needed.

Treats patients like dirt, calls them idiots if they don't like his political aspirations. Wouldn't let him near my child again.

i moved to Perth from London and had internal issues that the doctors i had seen in London couldn't get to the bottom of what was causing them.
After seeing Dr Sallie he went through a number of different options for me and diagnosed very quickly what was the cause and correct plan of attack, He truly cares and ensures that he leaves no stone unturned in a swift and professional manner.

One of the best doctors I have ever consulted. Incredibly polite and courteous. Encyclopedic knowledge of history. Professor Sallie was interested in me as a person and took a holistic approach to my problems. Cannot speak too highly of his care and professionalism. Phoned me with results of tests t reassure me. Just wonderful.

I have seen Dr Sallie several times now at his rooms and had an endoscopy and colonoscopy performed by him. I’ve had very challenging symptoms that other specialists and GP doctors have dismissed or not followed up properly. I was at the end of my tether by the time I got to meet him. Dr Sallie is very knowledgeable and thorough, very calm, thoughtful. I know I am 100% in the very best of hands to address and resolve my issues. I have 100% confidence in him and am impressed that he listens so well and gives his complete focus. And, he’s very easy to talk to about highly embarrassing symptoms, I really appreciate that :-)

Arrogant, agressive and in denial. Misdiagnosed me, caused actual damage and blamed everything but the mistake he made. Nearly killed me.

Best Doctor I have ever seen. He seemed genuinely interested in me as a person, rather than as a disease process as some Docors I have seen do. Very polite, extremely punctual and exceptionally thorough.

I was referred to Professor Sallie because of my Liver tests were abnormal and he was incredibly thorough and meticulous in examining me and reviewing all my previous tests. He sent me for a CT scan of my heart and at the time I thought that was a bit strange. However, Prof Sallie has saved my life because within two weeks of him seeing me I had open heart surgery to correct three heart arteries I didn't know were blocked. No-one else had bothered to even suggest those tests, but because he did I will live to see my kids grow up. I hope he doesn't retire anytime soon as I won't see anyone else.

Condescending. Is not a good diagnostician. Diagnosis was wrong. Sent me to do an unnecessary high resolution CT scan. Fees are nearly double those of other specialists in the same field.
