For me the cost is an issue only when value is absent, and with Dr K , it’s there in abundance. So I don’t mind the cost as he is providing excellence.

You have given me my life back… and I will be forever thankful to you for that.
15 months ago - my life meant - looking for toilets as soon as I enter the restaurant, booking the seats in the row closest to the toilets in the plane ( I travel a lot for work ) and even knowing the toilets on my running route by heart. And I thought that was normal for nearly 10 years since my diagnosis ..
9 months in his hands - and his treatment- I couldn’t be bothered about where the toilets are.. and sat 12 rows away from the toilets on my recent trip to Melbourne.

Kannan !!!!( And only because you insist I call you by your Christian name ) —
You are a freaking legend, my friend, my specialist. You also have a endearing quality to make me laugh every time I see you.

Lovely bedside manner- informative and supportive for your needs and is with you in your journey. His secretary Natasha is amazing as well.
I would pick him to be my gastroenterologist every day of the week.

I was so lucky to have been booked in to see Dr Venugopal. He is an outstanding Doctor and an incredible person. Not only is he at the top of his field in medicine but he showed genuine care for me when I received bad news. He is such a hard worker but found time to call me after hours to check in and reassure me. His knowledge, compassion and understanding made my experience infinitely more positive, and I am forever grateful. Thank you, Dr Venugopal. You are a true blessing.

Great premises, helpful staff and finally a doctor who combines wisdom wit passion and excellence with experience. You simply cannot go wrong. Ended up that I had a liver issue as well and saw dr Kontorinis in the same practice. Would highly recommend both of them.

Intelligence beyond words. i had seen 2 specialists and was nearly convinced by them that this was "in my head" when i sought him out for a 3rd opinion. worth the wait and the $$. I have been given a diagnosis which is not pleasant, but i can move ahead with my life. He was kind enough to find me a spot with his colleague quickly. It will be a long road ahead for me, but if i didnt find him, i would still be floundering. Thanks, Kannan.

I am a HCP and how good you are is evidenced by who your colleagues go to when they need something. And who my work buddies get their friends and relatives to be seen by. He ticks the boxes on both counts and never charges his nursing and medical colleagues . Which is a total win win.

After my colonoscopy, he quoted Gandhi 😃… and told me if I could “ tell others if I was happy and to tell him if I wasn’t “.
So here I am .. to tell others!
