I had surgery in 2017 , Dr Masri had done such a wonderful job, so i had no more of headaches and sinuses. Appreciate great work and knowledge of this doctor and always thinking that he really changed my life.

I attempted to get an appointment with Dr. Masri. In seven weeks I was unable to get an appointment, however, in reading the reviews of this doctor and his clinic that may have been a blessing saving me from further frustration. My doctor sent a requisition by fax; I did not hear from the receptionist so I called. I was informed that she would get back to me within 24-48 hours. When she called, she said I would have to wait two weeks to book an appointment. There was no call back in two weeks so I called again. Similarly, the phone message that I would be called in 24-48 hours (phones never seem to be answered but always go to the same phone message.) I called again and was told that she did not have the fax sent by my doctor, although my doctor's receptionist repeated the fax number to me before it was originally sent. I then had to wait three weeks over the holidays for my doctor to sent another fax. Again, there was no follow up, I called and again got the 24-48 message. The receptionist did call when I was in the shower and it went to my voice mail. I called back immediately and got the 24-48 hour message. I then went to the clinic on a Friday about noon to book the appointment. The receptionist told me that she could not check for the fax from my doctor because she was busy doing a report. I told her that I had been waiting for close to six weeks just to book an appointment. She said that was impossible and I explained the details. She then said she would take my number and call me. I asked if the call would be that day with four hours remaining until the clinic closed. She then said the call would call me next week. I guess she worked on her report the remainder of Friday afternoon and all day Saturday! I donot need such aggrevation in attempting to book an appointment.

A complete waste of time! Arrived 15 minutes early. Was told that the doctor was running behind. The room was packed and several patients were clearly upset as they had to take several days off work just to accommodate Dr Masri. The doctor didn’t see me at all that day! After waiting three hours that was repulsive! Prior to coming I called the phone number to reschedule but everyday the voicemail was full. It said if I didn’t come I would be charged. I think Dr Masri should be charged when he’s late and unable to fulfill his duty! Such a scammer of a doctor wasting tax payers money! He needs being reported to the Ontario College of Physicians.

Worst and most unprofessional health provider and office I've ever been too . My second time having been to this doctor and my appointment was again an over 2 hour wait. This is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional..how about booking your patients in on proper time frames or not over booking...also perhaps you can at least answer your phone or get back to your patients within a timely manner when receiving necessary paperwork from previous doctors who send their patients to you while you waste their time with your tardiness.....absolutly would not recommend this doctor !!!!! Horrible experience

Like all others here I had a horrible experience.. waited 5 weeks... got there 15 minutes early for a 505 appt... he rolls in at 520 to a full room of about 15 people, some waiting since 4which was his start time... and no apologies- typical doctor in Ontario. ... I also asked why they hadn't called anyone to let them know... One guy there said it happens all the time... whicH seems true based on these reviews. ... Why are we subjected to doctors like this... he should maybe stick to surgery... or go back for bedside manner training. .. I can't believe he was the one I was referred to...

My family doctor set up an appointment for me to see Dr El Masri for Sleep Apnea. I waited about 60 days to get the appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment and after i spent 10 minutes filling out the forms the receptionist said it would be at least a 2 hour wait!! WTF I asked why on earth wouldn't they call patients and say he is running late. I will find another Doctor, complete waste of time

waited almost 2 hrs. to see him. spoke to him for all of 5 mins. and then he sent me back out to wait to get a hearing test. after the test i waited another hr. to see him again at which time he told me to make an app. to come back a few weeks later. i went back a few weeks later and again i waited over an hour and after seeing him for 5 mins. AGAIN he says i have to go back into the waiting room and wait to get another hearing test - at which point i walked out.
