I came in this office for a consultation to get some braces. I had one specific issue that I needed fixed and Dr Fong told me that he couldn’t but he would try his best to hide my issue. He also quoted me over 6000$ to NOT FIX MY MAIN CONCERN.

I left his office completely broken so I went to another orthodontist to see if my main concern could be fixed. My new orthodontist is currently fixing my issue for the exact same price. He even sent me to a top rated surgeon to start fixing it.

Furthermore, Dr Fong is asking for 2000$ as a down payment which seems completely ridiculous! Please get second opinions before picking him. He only cares about money.

Don’t get me started on the front desk ladies! They’re so rude and they absolutely suck!! I would never recommend this place if you have a more complex case! He is not a real orthodontist. PLEASE LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE!

Dr. Fong has been my dentist for past 10 years. I have always been happy with his work and his staff's professionality and friendliness. Just finished my last Invisalign visit today. Now I am smiling more. very happy with the final results. Thank you Dr. Fong and all.

I went in for a braces consultation wanting Invisalign. Dr. Fong told me that Invisalign will work well if I am the type that won't forget to put in back on. I told him that I can't make any promises. With that, he refuse to give me Invisalign. Now that I am finshed, I am glad I stuck with braces. There were days whenI wanted to quit but I could not.
