Refused to help me or even listen to my extremely valid concerns. Would not document his refusal to provide me with care.

Dr Leung was extremely helpful with my sinusitis. I was really at wits-end with my GP, on endless sprays and antibiotics. Dr. Leung was able to immediately identify the polyps that were causing the issue in my sinuses, and explained the treatment options. I ended up doing the surgery option , which he did a fantastic job.

Dr. Leung performed my nasal polyp removal and I couldn’t be more satisfied and impressed with what is normally an uncomfortable experience. He was informative and answered all my questions. Not to mention he did a great on the operation itself. Highly recommend.

terrible experience all around. final report is inaccurate and will affect my ability to get onto disability, claiming my hearing issues have been ongoing for ONE year where as I have had hearing issues my entire life. neglected to provide me with antibiotics prior to a scheduled surgery I had to cancel, and now I realize the final report is incorrect stating i do not have vertigo, this man did not specify, he asked me if I was dizzy at the moment, not if I have vertigo in general. also mentioned my past drug history from ten years ago instead of highlighting the recent assault that took place when my ex partner broke my nose and orbital bone. it appears to be retaliation due to me cancelling the ear tube surgery due to infection and being a single mom of a one year old and having no child care, should he of prescribed antibiotics for me prior to the appt date on the first meeting in person there would have been no cancellation of surgery, this will ultimately affect my disability application. anything I eat or drink comes out of my nose due to a total perforation of the septum and palate, after two years of having pressure necrosis diagnosed by my nurse practitioner, after having been assaulted by my oldest daughter's father in 2020. my past drug history from ten+ years ago had minimal impact on why my mouth rotted the way it did asides from the fact I used to do opioids when i was 16 years old. I am now going to be thirty years old and have not done substance in many years, when i seen this ENT i had eaten breakfast consisting of a bagel and plain cream cheese along side my family. As stated above whatever i eat comes right back out my nostrils. Upon putting a scope into my nasal cavity he could see the food in question, When it came back out he had ample opportunity to put the gunk aside and have a lab run it and come up with an answer as to what it was- sesame and poppy seeds from an everything bagel and cream cheese, coffee and snot. I believe he is biased based on my verbal admittance of using drugs years ago like many other ignorant teenagers have done in their time and made an assumption that I must have been doing substance while in the presence of my mother and two children. I now have to call the office and ask them to revise the report stating that I DO in fact suffer from severe vertigo and I DO have nasal trauma and i have had progressive deteriorating hearing since I was approximately five years old..,mainly due to scarring from reoccurring ear infections, ear tubes I've had inserted multiple times, and the assault in question.
My reasoning for not catching this until today is I had an optometrist appointment and was given a prescription for reading glasses and had not received them until now. Had I not of been able to read this report myself it would of been submitted to the disability office with my application and would have had the application denied, surely. He also stuck a gloved finger into my palate hole and ripped the flesh closest to my teeth and ripped it open to an extent, since my first apt in Aug on the 24th i have a new infection brewing due to him putting his finger in there and poking around, not to mention any time I've seen an ENT they use some type of spray to numb the nasal cavity in order to push the scope through. I feel as if he just did it without the spray because i was once an addict and i was being punished for being open, honest and trusted him. If I ever have to go back there, I will not be letting him touch me what so ever due to the poor experience i have had to been a part of.
i have called the office three times today to rectify this and i end up reaching voicemail.
Thank you
