So disappointing to see such good reputation holistic dentist have rude and unprofessional staff despite booking appointment online 3 different times from last 2 months nother got appointment or atleast a call which the website clearly says that after online booking usually within 1 day patient suppose to get confirmation call in my case it didn't happen long story short I called to office and rude receptionist doesn't seems intrested in taking patients and suggesting me to find another dentist or go back the previous dentist which is so unprofessional and discriminating as-well. I hope Dr Ali Farhani can see this review and talk to his staff as this kind of behavior is not acceptable at all.

The absolute worst, most unscrupulous dentist I have ever met. Wanted to rip out a titanium implant and charge $8,000 and replace with porcelain. Went to Toronto dentist as second opinion and was told implant was in perfect condition, after removing tooth and carefully checking gum and taking pictures, and putting back tooth. Was advised that Dr Farahani would have maimed and ruined my sinus beyond repair if I had allowed this. This man had been highly recommended to me in Stratford, he since has quietly shuffled all his patients onto a new dentist and left the practice, to start up a new practice in Kitchener.

constant pressure to up-sell implants, etc... without explaining the damaging risks of implants, not very tolerant dentist and always in a rush when answering questions. not impressed!

Best dentist in KW by a long shot! He is patient, caring and extremely knowledgeable, also a big big big plus is you won't feel pressured at Sante Family Dental at all!
