Dr Woods is an excellent Doctor who is very knowledgeable and is willing to take the time to answer your questions and explain the options of treatment. Very personable and grest to have had him as an Oncologist since 2018.

Dr. Woods is truly a kind and caring and compassionate man. I have been seeing him a for almost 10 years and I’m grateful to have him as my doctor. He takes his time to explain things, I never feel rushed, and he makes me feel as though I’m his only patient. I have never left his office with unanswered questions. His energy gives you life and hope!!

Dr. Woods has been my Hematologist for over 8 years. You do not feel rushed and he will take the time to explain to you in detail any questions you may have. I feel lucky to have him to follow up on my pulmonary embolism situation. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He is the best!

We've been having regular followup visits for 10+ years. A bit of a wacky guy but in the best possible way. Patients & staff all joke that he's in his own time zone, but to the benefit of all of us. Too bad that he will no longer be seeing patients at PRHC. That letter unmade my day.

Dr. Woods is a rare find in a doctor who comes in with enthusiasm and a positive outlook that is contagious in a moment of uncertainty and despair. He empowers his patients to look at the positives and to feel hope while retaining his science background which is thoroughly current and thoughtful. He is a very smart specialist who comes across in a most disarming way that helps a patient feel like a friend and not like “the patient”. The only lower rating is punctuality because he gives every patient the time they need to ask all questions and run through options in a thorough manner so I see this as a positive and say this merely to manage expectations. Magda is a kind and warm nurse and we always have a laugh. Great Doctor and great team! And I feel privileged to have him on my cancer team.

Dr. Woods has been my Hematologist for over 6 years now. He is truly fantastic. Punctual and so personable. I've never felt rushed. He is always there to answer any question I may have. He's simply the BEST!
