The best. Dr. Andrea is profession and knows exactly what she is doing. A true miracle worker!

I went to see Dr Andrea less than a year ago and did not have a good experience. I have had fillers before so I do have experience with them. Firstly I called after my injections because I knew something was off. My face was very looking very puffy. They said wait. I did and yes the puffiness did go down but I was clearly overfilled. The clinic also charges by area not by syringe. This is not the industry standard. Call around and confirm for yourself. Syringes are 750 each. I had 2. I paid over 2100. And then I call about concerns and I am told to wait. Now a year later I still have puffiness under one eye. My eyes are a complete disaster. I will need to try and get it dissolved but I am so worried. Be careful ladies.

Clinic is really more about money than serving clients

My treatment was ok but such a brutal experience with the receptionist that I will not be returning. Services offered at this clinic are readily available in other places with much better employees.

Dr Herschorn offers valuable advice based on your preferences and needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and is meticulous in her work. She and her staff are delightful and I am truly happy to be a patient.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Andrea. She spent a lot of time with me to understand my concerns and preferences, and devised a plan to achieve the results I wanted. I did botox and lip filler and am extremely happy with the results. I look refreshed yet natural. I experienced no bruising and Dr. Andrea did her best to minimize the pain during the treatments. The only down side was the high price of the treatments, and no promotions for first time patients which I have seen at other cosmetic physician offices.

After researching, I decided to visit Dr. Andrea for a dysport application. It was my first visit and I was incentivized by a promotion she had running with a supplier. After several attempts to redeem my credit from the vendor unsuccessfully, during covid, I reached out to the front desk. He was less than helpful and tried to blame his lack of effort on the time lapse. Unfortunately, the experience with the promo, which I never received credit for and with the front desk agent left a sour taste in my mouth and I haven’t returned.

Dr. Andrea is an excellent doctor and runs a fabulous practice! I look forward to seeing her and find her staff and office team so pleasant. Her services and treatments are top shelf and i would highly recommend her to anyone.

I m completely satisfied with Dr. Andrea’s work. Dr. Andrea always takes the time to carefully listen to my concerns and collaboratively implements a clear plan to address them. I never feel rushed nor does she impose additional treatments. She is highly skilled, thoughtful and caring. You can tell she is passionate about her work; she is always just as excited as I am about my results. She immerses herself in professional development and keeps current with the emerging techniques of her profession. I have no doubt she is at the top of her field. Dr. Andrea is a lovely, positive and an engaging person. Her assistant Simon is always helpful and makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. Her team are also very welcoming, attentive and professional. Her office is beautiful, modern, bright and clean. I absolutely trust Dr. Andrea. The results are always natural, beautiful and exactly what I want. I highly recommend her and know from direct experience that she very knowledgeable. Simon is so wonderful ,courteous , efficient and overall such an amazing addition to the whole experience.

She is a wonderful doctor with such vast knowledge of her speciality. Her staff is so caring and understanding and always working so hard to for their patients especially the clinic manager, Simon-Peter. He is wonderful. Just wonderful!
