My 97 year-old mum was in emergency and was treated by Dr. Sarrazin with professionalism, dignity and care far beyond our past experiences with other doctors. He listened to my mum and respected her wishes. Outstanding doctor. Because of him, she's feeling better and back to her volunteer work.

He attended to me at the ER and was very patient on answering my questions. I could see he genuinely wanted to figure out my issue and also made sure I got an urgent refereral to see a specialist.

Did a reduction on my 11 year old's broken arm in emergency. Kind, intelligent, efficient and spoke to my boy directly, explaining everything as it happened. I have great respect and gratitude for this doctor and the team he was working with that night. Likewise, I overheard him talking about another situation (he was careful to be confidential) and it was obvious he has great concern for the wellness of his patients.

Training an intern. Why is the patient this way asks the intern? Answer could be a lot of things. I say why not ask? Opportunity to learn missed. "don't come back till you're sweating and vomiting" he says to the patient who is having vasospasms. Well there are signs of heart attack but it's likely the angioplasty. WRONG!
