I felt very uncomofrtable asking for my glasses prescription here. I buy my glasses online and when I told them this their attitude changed and there was a huge difference in their body language and tone. Will no return because of this though the eye exam was ok

Had a lot of issues with the invisible bifcoal lenses from this clinic. The glasses were expensive and they were not that helpful trouble shooting this. I should have stuck with costsco which was cheaper and of better quality. May go back for eye exam which was ok but would not buy eyewear here.

Pushy to get retina scan done which is unncessary. They were adamant that my mother who is covered by ohip get this done; I am a physciain and it was not needed.

I've been seeing Dr. Nancy Chung for over 30 years. Her knowledge and expertise is outstanding as she is always up to speed with the latest advances in prescription eye glasses, contact lens and laser eye surgery. I trust her advice and have never had a thought of seeing another Optometrist. There is a reason why so many of her patients are long term and highly recommends her.

Dr. Chung has been my optometrist for over 15 years. She is kind, patient, knowledgable and professional. She takes the time to get to know you and explains everything in great detail. My husband, son and I travel from Mississauga to see her once a year for our regular eye exams. She is definitely worth the drive! We wouldn't trust our eyes to anyone else! She is fantastic with children. The whole office staff is also very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Chung to anyone. I will be going to her for my eye care until she retires! She is the best in her field.

I have been with Dr. Chung for many many years. She's very thorough, patient and takes the time to explain. She always greet me with a smile. I have diabetes, so I appreciate her taking extra care with me ... even if I see her only once a year!

Dr Chung saved my eyesight by diagnosing a retinal detachment overlooked by my previous optometrist. She is thorough and takes the time to explain her findings and everything she is doing. It i s a 2 hour round trip for me to go to Dr Chung and I will continue to do it until she retires, that's how highly I think of her

Dr. Nancy Chung has been my optometrist ever since I was a chubby little kid. She has taken care of my family for two decades, and I am extremely grateful for everything she has done for us. Where do I begin? First, she detected tear/holes in my brother's retina and immediately referred him to a well known surgeon in the city. Then she diagnosed my father with Graves' disease, on the contrary, our family doctor misdiagnosed him. Last but not least, I insisted Dr. Nancy Chung to take care of me for my PRK surgery post operative care last year. My vision is now 20/20 without any complications. As a result, I can see her inner and outer beauty even clearer now. All jokes aside, she's very professional, attentive, and, most importantly, she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommended.

Dr Chung is excellent eye doctor, she is thorough with her eye exam and explain everything she see even my freckle . Keeps up with the new technology and Dr Chung has wonderful Staffs polite and helpful. All around a wonderful place , I definitely trust my eyes to Dr Chung a wonderful lady.
