I had an appointment with Dr. Eltis a few days ago that I booked due to all his amazing reviews and also because he has quite the impressive resume. He is by far the best optometrist I’ve ever been to, no lie! I told him my eye health causes me a lot of anxiety…I literally asked if I was doomed to be blind, some very dramatic questions were asked by me, for sure. He didn’t judge me at all, instead he made me feel very comfortable and he was extremely thorough testing my eyes. He went above and beyond making sure my eyes were in good health so that I would be able to leave the office with peace of mind. I can’t state enough how friendly he is, or how meticulous, attentive, all the good adjectives. He’s such a pleasure, and you’ll be in good hands. I’m very grateful for all the time he spent making sure he didn’t miss anything.

Dr Eltis is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable, has excellent bedside manner and truly cares for his patients. He took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. Most importantly, his treatment of dry eyes really worked! For several years, I have had major issues with dry eye and blepharitis. I went to a few other doctors, but they either dismissed by concerns or suggested some home treatment that did not help much. The treatment that Dr Eltis administered as well as the home treatment regiment that he suggested produced real, long-lasting results. This made a big difference in my daily life. Thank you, Dr Eltis! I highly recommend Dr Eltis to anyone, but especially to those who seek treatment for dry eyes.

I had an appointment with Dr Eltis today. I had requested him specifically after reading his impressive resume. Punctual and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain procedures and results in detail - with simplified explanations when required. In comparison to other specialists I visited recently, I did not feel rushed and the experience was exceptionally pleasant. I know I found the optometrist I was looking for.

Dr. Mark Eltis is the best doctor you can ever find. He's very well educated and also very kind. I've been going to him for a year and he's also a funny doctor. He has the best quality equipment for eye tests, has kind and understanding staff members and is a great doctor. He can even determine other issues or possible problems with your health by just listening to your health issues or looking at your eye tests done in the office. I always wish he was my family doctor since he is very good at connecting health problems and identifying any underlying causes. As a family, we love and admire him so much. BEST DOCTOR!

Dr. Eltis is beyond amazing! He provides very thorough, detailed care. He’s an exceptionally patient doctor who genuinely cares about his patients.

I suffered from sever dry eye and Blepharitis for 5 years until I met Dr. Eltis. I was previously treated by two other optometrists who were of no help. One optometrist didn’t seem to care about me and the other misdiagnosed my condition.

I took it upon myself to research and find a caring, honest, experienced, qualified doctor to help end my suffering. I found Dr. Eltis on a Google search. He was my last hope. He is everything these reviews say. He took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. Dr. Eltis is highly qualified and experienced and passionate about what he does. He has a lovely bedside manner. Since he’s been treating me my condition has improved immensely. I’m so grateful for him!

He also takes the time to respond to any questions you may have AFTER you’ve had your appointment. I’ve never had a doctor willing to do that nor would I dare ask! But I called the reception with a question and they forwarded his email address to me and he responded right away!

I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Eltis. The staff is always helpful and my experience with other medical professionals in the office has been positive.

Dr. Eltis is great! I’ve been his patient for many years. He takes his time to ensure concerns are addressed, is very understanding, and genuinely cares about his patients. I do not feel rushed through appointments and am comfortable asking questions; in response I receive detailed explanations which is a definite plus because not many doctors take the time to do this. In addition, the office is extremely clean and the fact that the staff follow safety protocols is much appreciated. Even though I have moved away from downtown, I continue to make the long trip to see him for my vision care for the reasons stated above.
