Dr Luisa Caro has been my Family Doctor for a number of years now. Never disappointed. She is very professional, knowledgeable, diligent and assertive with diagnosis, prescribed medicines and treatments. Dr. Caro does not hesitate to provide referral to specialists when she considers it is required. I would recommend Dr Caro to anyone looking for a capable, experienced and wonderful Family Doctor.

Dr. Caro is a wonderful doctor. She treated each member of my family and she is very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend her. I don’t normally rate anyone but I saw some of these bad reviews and thought it was important to voice my opinion of her. She went out of her way to get my husband an emergency session at the physio clinic next door when he hurt his hamstring. She seemed to feel genuine empathy for him. She’s fabulous!

I went to see her for IUD insertion and she only hurt me and sent me to another clinic because she could not do the work that she is supposed to know and only said that she did not have the necessary equipment

I regret not heeding other's advice. Stay away. Not only lacks knowledge, but also will be rude when you're most needed of help.

Will always rush, basic questions, delicate procedures, she won't even explain the risks of the procedures she'll do on you.

Please stay safe and look for someone else that knows their trade and cares about your well-being.

She truly does not care she seems always in a bad mood and wants to rush you she never wants to find the root cause of your problem if a patient is in pain you have to send that patient to get some tests you to beg her to send you to have bloodwork done. Several family members and friends find her the same way not invested. I had several issues and she just looks like she does not care. I don't know why she is still a doctor if she hates it so much

Dr. Caro is a pleasant personality and seems up-to-date with the latest information, listens to concerns, clear explanation of treatment plan, courteous. She gave me warnings about potential side effects and told me how to mitigate them/ the importance of not overusing the medication. It was a smooth experience.
