Dr. Caro is a pleasant personality and seems up-to-date with the latest information, listens to concerns, clear explanation of treatment plan, courteous. She gave me warnings about potential side effects and told me how to mitigate them/ the importance of not overusing the medication. It was a smooth experience.

When I had the first issue eith Dr. Caro with lack of knowledge and professionalism based on symptoms and family history, I though that maybe it was just me but when I started sharing my experiences with ciecle of friends and accointences, I inmediately find out that there were numerous families that have decided to leave her, I was sure then I was right, and change as well. Another famlybdid a claim on her on Alberta Surgeons and Physicians. I decided to start as well a claim. This doctor has to be to be put on watch for her decisions that affects peoples health and lives.

I was a patient of dr. Caro for 5 years. As her clinic was close to the first place I lived in Calgary. The location is not bad and the staff at the clinic was friendly and professional. Unfortunately I don't think she's very knowledgable. I found her lazy and always in a rush. She doesn't make an effor to look into the root cause of problems. In addition, she has an attitude and is not very friendly with her patients. I would never recommend her, as she's probably one of the laziest and less prepared dr I have seen in my life.

Staff is arrogant, busy dirty walk-in clinic. You are kept waiting and once you are in you keep on waiting some more. Dr will see you in a rush, not knowledgeble of side effects of medication prescribed, not a caring environment.

Dr. Caro is an excellent family doctor. I have been seeing her for the last 5 years and I haven't had any bad experience. She is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I'm very thankful for her.

A close friend and I have currently have in process file complaints with College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta; this doctor main issues is that attributes herself with knowledge with matters that are not her field of expertise plus does not take preventative measures until health gets more complicated or delicate. Timing is really important in health recommendations and decisions. If you feel the need you can file a complaint too. Always late and never want to give you the time to explain what you need to know.

Con: I have had to wait quite a bit past my appointment time to get in.
Pro: I find her very nice, easy to talk to and caring. She prints out informational hand outs for my with regard to my child, and is great with her.

She takes so much time before you finally arrives in the room she is in a rush doesn't care about any of your medical issues always is depression, she changed my preciption from my psychiatrists with out calling him! never take seriously what you say, for my daughter just check out online and give her a list of meals (my daughter has Chron syndrome) I'm very disappointed with her and with the clinic as well .
