Dr. Hicks has been my dentist for years. His is a small family practice. Staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful while being fully professional. Best of all, I have NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment.

Fantastic dentist & very honest all around. 2 other dentists in Ottawa claimed I needed "urgent" work which would have cost $5-7K, he assured me I would be just fine. 10 years later, I'm still a client and the supposed urgent work is still not needed. Many dentists in Ottawa are thieves as so many have good health care. Office decor is dated but I like the old school no-nonsense approach. Highly recommended.

Solid advice from the doctor and his staff. I asked if they would whiten my teeth and they said they could do it, but recommended I buy teeth whitening from the pharmacy and do it myself otherwise it's a complete waste of money for me.

A Dentist that doesn't bill unnecessarily and tries to save you money, unbelievable!
