I always wait for at least 45 minutes regardless of the time of day that my appointment it. The doctor herself is very helpful and seems knowledgeable, but the wait time is terrible.

I enjoyed Dr.Selem when I would go into the office but, her staff was rude. I went into a appointment 1 time at 930 and did not get seen until 11:30. I asked the staff why and the rep told me they double book a lot. I also over heard the staff talking about patients in spanish and thought how rude. They left me and my spouse at the counter making a personal call for 3-5 minutes talking away in spanish while we had to wait to make an appointment before we left. I love the Dr she is wonderful very, very good but, sadly her staff was rude and I changed due to that.
