I thought Dr Chan was great. She did the surgery on both my knees & did a great job. No more arthritis means no more pain

The worst surgeon ever. My mom did knee replacement surgery last year. Now she has to it again because the artificial knee is big. When we ask her why? She responds “ I don’t know “ please choose another surgeon. This one is very unprofessional!

Made me pay cash for a form. who has cash these days. Especially for a doctor. Seems very weird. Is this normal?

I'm so grateful that I had Dr.Chan as my surgeon. What an amazing experience I recently had towards recovery after having done both my feet at 4 months apart.
1st MTP Cheilectomy . (she has hands of gold I still can't visually find my scars).
Dr.Chan is amazing , She returns calls almost immediately super nice, always with a smile and her bed side manners is spot on. She listens and makes you feel SUPER comfortable. I rate her PLUS++++

Being dr.Chans patient was awful. Grateful she fixed my leg however her bedside manner and condescending attitude towards patients. She expects the recovery to be one and done and when a patient needs to stay longer due to healing she becomes annoyed let’s not get started about her punctuality when you ask for things to be completed - you might as well not ask because it won’t get done

Dr. Cham did my knee last year and I am in the process of setting up a surgery for my other knee later in the year. She is an amazing doctor and answers all questions without making you feel as though you were being rushed out of the room

The doctor performed surgery on my right toe. I have had many operations on my toes in different hospitals since I did a lot of ballet before. Previous orthopedists have been repulsive. And Dr. Chan is the best who only cares about the patient's health. Low bow to her and wish to her good health. Valentinа. November 2022
