Dr. Mayne is the most knowledgeable , caring and friendly Dr. I've ever met. I had 2 surgeries one on my left shoulder in 2020 and another one in 2024 on my right shoulder. There would be nobody else I would trust. I have my life back again (pain free) .

Doctor Mayne gave me my life back. I had a pretty severe break in my upper Humerus and he explained to me my options, the results and what he would recommend . The surgery was 100% successful and I am back to my normal life! I could not recommend him more highly and really felt I won the lottery when he became my orthopedic surgeon .

Dr. Ian Patrick Mayne is a caring, intelligent, knowledgeable, understanding, trustworthy doctor. Truly one in a billion. The confidence that he gave me through my patella tendon injury/surgery was second to none. There are some things that can’t be explained with words. I had complete/full tears of all 4 rotator cuff tendons in my right shoulder. Dr. Mayne called it "the king of all rotator cuff surgeries". Dr. Mayne provided me with clear and concise info prior to the surgery. The surgery was a complete success and as he had promised, the scars from the surgery, which went over some of my tattoos, are practically invisible. I have been going to his clinic, Revolution Ortho, for my physio and my recovery has been remarkable. My surgery was in June and I am currently 2 months ahead of most people with regards to the level of my range of motion and strength. It's been really hard work, which he was clear about beforehand, but I am so extremely happy with my progress - not bad for a 62 year old woman. Dr. Mayne is a very skilled surgeon. I’m 57 and had a serious accident in October 2022 which stopped all my work and sport activities. After he performed surgery on my torn supraspinatus, subscapularis and biceps tendesis in January 2023, I’m so grateful to say, I’m at 99.9% to pre-accident health back to enjoying beach volleyball, golf, mountain biking and hockey, while also back earning an income working my reno business lifting and working overhead again. Dr Mayne is an outstanding doctor and human being . I broke my shoulder to the point where it needed complete replacement. Dr Mayne performed a reverse total shoulder arthroplasty surgery. His skills as a surgeon are excellent. His care and concern about his patients are unequalled. He was completely there for me both pre and post surgery. He provided me and my wife with access to him for any questions pre and post surgery, via email. He is very responsive and is genuinely concerned about both the physical and mental health of his patients, at a time when there is often shock, stress and a need for understanding. I had to undergo a complete distal bicep rupture repair and Dr. Ian Mayne was an absolutely amazing doctor. He was knowledgeable, and thorough and made himself available both pre and post op. I found him to be extremely friendly with the most amazing bedside manner. I feel incredibly happy with his treatment of my arm and cannot speak highly enough about his medical knowledge.......PLUS, he made himself accessible throughout the process and also post post surgery.
