I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Dixit's office. Starting from the front desk staff to the Doctor himself. Dr. Dixit was punctual, kind and very professional . He answered all my questions and my husband's questions regarding my condition. Received lot of advice. The staff was very friendly and hepful as well.

I cannot express the correctness in ratings of how rude front staff are. He just doesn't seem to care about his patients. The little bit of medical support offered was never followed through. Then you have to face the front desk to try to get any follow through and are treated like you are a bother to the doctor for asking them to send prescriptions suggested. Disgraceful! Why practice medicine if you have no compassion for people who clearly are not feeling well and looking for help.

Alone and in pain. Don't bother going. The admin is rude, curt and uncompassionate. Unless your blood work clearly shows any indicator, you will be shut right down. He does not listen to all the symptoms. If had had three appointments with him and he does not listen. If your symptoms do not fit neatly into a box, you are simply dismissed.

Front counter staff is the worst! Unfortunately he can be the best doctor in Burlington but with the worst representation.

The nurse practitioner did the initial visit. She was very good and very thorough and it's too bad that it wasn't her that was the doctor. The doctor did nothing for me and could not explain why my DNA double strand test was positive which is an autoimmune indicator and just said maybe I was allergic to my blood pressure medication. I went to him with a bad rash on my face that looked like a Lupus rash but he still refuses to believe it and said maybe you just have an allergy and wanted to give me steroids. I told him I was allergic to steroids and he said if you don't take them I can't help you and you'll be fine with them because they're a low dose. I guess the word I have an allergy to that medication doesn't mean anything so for a doctor to tell you to take medication you're allergic to does not sound right. He did nothing but try to push steroids and basically sent me on my way with a good luck

Staff are rude. He just pushes pills and tests. Dismisses any concerns. Get another rheumatologist.

Was refused my medication for 4 months because I contracted covid. I was cleared by public health to go back and they still refused. But they still tried to bill my insurance for more medication... That they were refusing to give me.

I would highly recommend Dr. Dixit, he has good knowledge on how to diagnose the case and follow up with the patient.
