Honestly this physician hits the top in all marks. He is always prepared- knows your chart, remembers your concerns.
While I could wish that these ratings didn't include office practices, this office has been a private office and Dr. Hawkins has ensured (with hiring and training) that all employees prioritize the patient.
I'm more concerned with how much an md knows, than how kindly he or she is. Hawkins is on top of the latest research and has collected a careful body of knowlege from his own practice. But, he also might be the sweetest doctor you'll ever meet.
