Dr. hafezi is the most caring doctor I’ve ever seen! He is the BEST Endodontic specialist in Vancouver. I had a bad experience at my dentist a few days ago before I found Dr. hafezi. My dentist opened up my teeth and tried to perform a root canal treatment, but she failed to do it because I was in so much pain. She gave me more freezings, but still didn’t work. Then she told me to toughen it up and just let her finish. I was so shocked by her reaction and she didn’t care about how I was feeling and she was very impatient. She told me that if I continue to react to the pain, then she’s going to stop the treatment and just close it with a temporary filling. I told her I couldn’t continue because it hurt so badly. She closed it but didn’t care how I would feel after the freezings are gone. I was in panic and scared because I know that I’m going to experience way more pain after the freezings are gone. I would never go back to her. Her name is Dr. Hannah Lee. She doesn’t care about her patients and lack of experiences. So as expected, I was in so much pain at night. So I contacted Dr. hafezi the next day which is a weekend. I was very surprised that he took my call on a weekend. I told him my situation and he gave me recommendations to help me with the pain right away. Then he booked me in as an emergency patient. He scheduled me in first thing on Monday and treated me the same afternoon. He did my root canal treatment in less than two hours and I was completely pain free. The whole process was so smooth and painless. He is very professional and cares how the patient feels. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family who need a root canal treatment! Great experience with him and Dr. Hafezi is the doctor to go to.

Dr. Hafezi was excellent. I went to him for a root canal, and he was very professional and personable. I experienced no pain during the procedure, and had no problems afterwards.

I am so grateful that I chose Dr. Hafezi for my root canal procedure ! As a daughter and former assistant of a dentist, I was given the time and respect to have all my preliminary questions and concerns addressed in great detail. I immediately knew I was in extremely competent hands. But most importantly, the difficult procedure was accomplished with a high level of expertise, using the most advanced technology, and without any pain or discomfort whatsoever . Knowing the procedure thoroughly, I expected some discomfort afterwards, but was 100% painfree that evening and the next day! After the failed filling by my dentist I had sever pain, and I was referred to Dr. Hafez. He diagnosed the problem and did a root canal right away. My pain disappeared and I have not had any problem. Dr Hafez is a very pleasant and patient dentist (a bit shy), explains the problem, risks and remedies well.

I was referred to Dr, Hafezi on an emergency basis and he saw me as soon as they could. His staff are wonderful (kind, considerate, knowledgeable) and he put me at ease immediately. He explains everything he is doing and he's just relaxed and easygoing. I was impressed when his office phoned me two days later to find out how I was feeling. I've never had a dentist do this before. Anyway, top notch. He explained the options, pros and cons of keeping or pulling the tooth. I read someone else here say he wasn't straight forward about the life of the tooth. When you kill the nerve of the tooth, the tooth has a limited shelf life and you will need a crown. This is self-evident.

Technically he seems very competent but he is dishonest. Did a root canal which subsequently failed within 2 years. He wrote on his report to my dentist that there was a limited expectation for the tooth. He did not express this to me . If he had i would have the tooth pulled as it is not integral. Waste of $2500
