Although he got the job done, he was very mean to me and he punched me in my toe. Even though I liked it ;) it wasn't very professional and my toe was extremely sensitive and I had just got my nails painted pink and butterfly pattern. Thanks Ash

Dr Ash and his staff were out of this world . My root canal was completely pain free and he saved my tooth . Dr .Ash is definitely THE best ! His experience and professionalism was evident every step of the way . Dr Ash is Very gentle and calm. Not to mention made the root canal experience was better than I ever could have expected . The office called to check up on me as well. 10/10 experience

Dr. Hafezi is not only highly competent, he is also kind, thoughtful and gentle. He constantly checked in to see how I was doing during my root canal and patiently and knowledgeably answered all my questions with kindness

I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful Dr Hafezi is - from his skills to his bedside manners! His assistants and the whole office staff show excellence all around as well! When I first saw Dr Hafezi, he was able to see me on a very short notice, which I greatly appreciated - especially because I was in so much (undiagnosed) pain, and other specialists could only book me in 3-8 weeks. Then he was able to quickly diagnose what needs to be done and performed an initial treatment that provided an immediate relief. During my follow up visit, he was able to complete the root canal procedure efficiently, and again with so much careful consideration about my physical and emotional well being. The level of Dr Hafezi's service deserves only the highest marks!

I am not the type to rate a doctor but had such a lovely experience with Dr. Hafezi that I came online to leave that note and to no surprise there were several other glowing reviews. He is thorough and gives you all of the options and his recommendation. I had a root canal and while I was nervous when I showed up I actually feel asleep during the procedure - that has never happened during a dental appointment. He checks on you frequently and has a lovely demeanor overall. Cannot recommend enough.

Dr Hafezi is professional , caring dentist . Day before my booked vacation i woke up with pain .. front tooth !Rushed to my GP dentist who unfortunately couldn't do much . Receptionist called Dr Hafezi and beg him to see me ASAP . Dr Hafezi got me in that very same day at 5.30pm ,I thought that he'll do some temporary fix ,but he finished root canal treatment so quickly and painlessly that I couldn't believe. I was so impressed with everything : procedure , with him , and all team in that office . I went to my trip ! Dr Hafezi even send text 2 days later asking how am I doing . Great experience altogether .

Dr. Hafezi has exceeded my expectations. He was extremely helpful with two of my root canals and went above and beyond to ensure that I was both comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Hafezi's level of communication throughout my entire process with him was wonderful and he even helped me after hours in order to aid with an infection by calling in antibiotics. I would highly recommend Dr. Hafezi to anyone who is in need of a root canal as he makes any appointment/ scheduling and recovery as easy as it can be. In addition to Dr. Hafezi's professionalism and care, his team maintains this level of kindness and knowledge throughout their role at the front and within their hygienist duties. I've always felt comfortable at Vancouver Endontic Centre and that's in entirety due to Dr. Hafezi and his staff's efforts.
