Dr. Ma is an absolutely amazing orthodontist. He was patient, very nice and helpful. He answered all my concerns and explained how the brace work to shape my son's teeth. the whole process was done in a good pace . The staffs in the clinic are professional and friendly, too. There are 3 words to describe my experience at Dr. Daniel Ma's office, Percise, Efficient, and Painless. He and his qualified team of nurses provided me with top level ortho care with kindness and compassion towards me. Dr. Ma. is also extremely kid-friendly with prizes and rewards to kids for taking good care of their teeth. In Summary, I highly recommend Dr. Daniel Ma and his staff to take care of your teeth.

Very excellent Orthodontics. I had my braces done there. Jo is a very nice and helpful receptionist. Dr ma is very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made me think very relaxed and being taken care of during all the appointments. Definitely will recommend for people to go.

I really want to give Daniel 5 stars as he is friendly, and has the knowledge and skills to help you achieve a great smile. However, my experience with him was not as pleasant as I would like. He rushed my treatment. I was not happy with the outcome, but I trusted his judgement and thought that it was the best that he could do in my case. After several a while, I went back to see Daniel and explained my concerns. I saw it in his face. He knew there was still more work to be done, but he kept it a secret. At first he offered to complete the work for an extra fee, but then decided to waive it.

It is fine that he miscalculated the amount of work and time needed, but he should have informed me. He should not have let me walk away when it was incomplete. That leads me to believe that he lacks integrity. The worst and unforgivable part of it is that he tried to solicit more money to complete the work he started... Work that I already paid for... Work that he agreed to complete the first time.

I met Dr. Mah during an emergency visit when he was covering for my regular orthodontist, who was on holidays. He was absolutely wonderful - he quickly identified the issue at hand and explained how I should proceed. He was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Very grateful!

I just had a consultation with Dr Ma, and in describing the experience to my co-worker, he said "It sounds like you are in love." Haha....but seriously, I was so impressed. He was patient, thorough, a great listener, not hurried, and spent so much time with me even though he is not making one penny. He was honest enough to tell me that I needed jaw surgery, not orthodontics (unlike another orthodontist *cough, cough, Ocean Orthodontics* cough), and does not recommend orthodontics, as he believes it will not be the best option to help me. So, this makes him no money whatsoever. For an honest opinion with no pressure, he is fantastic. I would go to him in a heartbeat if I went through with orthodontics.

Dr. Ma is a absolutely amazing orthodontist. Not only is he patient, but he also knows what he's doing and explains how braces are going to shape your teeth. He is open to all types of questions, even when your family members want to find a specialist for dentures or fillings. Another thing is that their staff is polite and welcoming. When I was getting my spacers in, the staff was patient, and comforted me when it hurt quite a bit. Overall, everything is amazing! (I will update later when I get my braces on! Then another update when I get them off!)

Dr. Ma's dental clinic is what every other dental clinic should be modeled on. Seriously, everything about his practice is run perfectly:

1) Dr. Ma is very knowledgeable but also very patient and kind. He will gladly sit down with his patients for an hour and discuss any concerns, no matter how trivial.
2) Dr. Ma is extremely good at his craft! He fixed my teeth ahead of schedule and every dental professional I've seen since speaks highly of his work.
3) His staff are professional and friendly. They know every patient by name and perform their work with care.
4) The clinic is always clean and organized.
5) Consultations are free, with no pressure to start treatment.

If you are considering getting orthodontic treatment, you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not going to Dr. Ma for (at least) a free consultation.
