From my initial phone call, before I made the decision to get my surgery, I was already impressed with the staff at Nayak Plastic Surgery. It has been a great experience and I already love my results even though I am only half way through the healing process. Dr. Nayak is beyond talented at what he does, but in addition he is so passionate about his work and has amazing bedside manners which help add to the quality of his work.

So happy with results of mini neck lift. It took years off and still looks natural. You get what you pay for! I had complete confidence of having the procedure, after doing a lot of research. I’m also an RN so I had behind the scenes knowledge as well.. if you want the best of the best, look no further! You’ve only got one face... don’t take chances with lesser quality?!

So Happy and Grateful to be a patient of Dr Nayak. Extremely Happy with his acessment of my face and suggestion of fillers to remedy some areas in my face that were beginning to show signs of aging. I have been seeing Dr Nayak and his staff for almost 10 years. I will not go anywhere else in St. Louis. The office and staff are wonderful, and they always spend as much time as they need to for any questions I have!

My results will slowly come and I am sure of it after joining Avani Derm Spa. Initially, I was very hesitant, but now I am hopeful. I have been fighting acne since I was 13 and have probably done almost anything and everything dealing with getting rid of my acne...nothing has worked. I am hopeful that Avani Derm Spa will help me! Just playing the waiting game!

Dr. Nayak is not only an artist who restored years of youthfulness to my face, he is the most caring physician I have ever worked with. Six months ago, after undergoing a lower facelift, I developed a quarter-sized area of necrotic skin under my chin. Surgery is not without risks, and Dr. Nayak could not have done more in the following days, weeks and months to ensure my physical and emotional well-being. Not only did he closely monitor the situation with numerous follow-up office exams, he also called and texted me on several occasions to answer all my questions and offer the reassurance I needed. He even texted me photographs that showed the healing process in a patient (identity obscured) with a similar situation. After six months, the area under my chin has healed exactly as he predicted, and I continue to receive compliments from people on my youthful appearance (I enjoy watching them try to figure out exactly why I look so good!). The staff has been consistently friendly, supportive and helpful as well. It has been a wonderful journey.
