I went to Dr Koo last week for a consult on a breast augmentation. She was very nice and the staff was as well. However, I felt like she didn’t care about me as a patient or that I was serious about it. Talking to other people that have had the procedure done other places told me that they are at the consult for over an hour. That the doctor helps them decide on the size and look they are wanting by trying examples on. Dr Koo however asked me what size I wanted and wanted me to show pictures of what I wanted. Pictures aren’t going to look the same on me as they do on them. When I left she told me to find more pictures. Trust me, I have looked at thousand of pictures. I needed help deciding what exactly I want and I did not get that. She was in the room for maybe 10 minutes with me and then the assistant came in to give me the price. Not sure if I just didn’t look like I was serious or couldn’t afford them, but I am very unsatisfied and will be going to someone else now.
