I met Dr. Siddall at the after hours clinic, I recently had retina surgery and messed up my shoulder.
She is very compassionate listened to me and explained the medications for my shoulder.

I have visited Dr. Siddall only a few times in the after hours clinic and she treated me like one of her own. With her empathy, professionalism and knowledge. I was very lucky to have such an experience in a day of poor bedside manner.

Dr. Siddall is an outstanding family doctor. She is very compassionate and knowledgable and very patient. Even though she is busy she does not give one a rushed feeling. The specialists she refers are always the best in their field. We are so thankful for this wonderful doctor.

Dr. Siddall has been my doctor for a number of years now. I'm always comfortable talking to her about anything. She listens, offers solutions or books the test needed to get answers. I find her to be extremely kind and very thorough. She follows up with you to make sure things are resolving. Dr. Siddall has referred me to a few specialists and all of them have been excellent. I'm thrilled to have such a kind, compassionate and professional doctor.

The receptionist and other staff at Two Rivers have always been nothing but helpful and kind. Thank you to them as well for all their hard work.

Dr Siddall is amazing. Such a caring compassionate Dr.
She went out of her way to help get my daughter the care she needed.
Even called us that night at the hospital, concerned how we were. Asking what she could do to help.
Daughter had a brain bleed. If it wasn’t for her reaching out to the Emerg Dr I don’t know what would have happened.

Clearly there has been a change in the past 5 years or so. I dread having to make an apointment, because there is no continutiy of care, or actual examination. She asks how you are feeling/what is wrong, and acts on our own layman's description without checking anything. Eg. despite complex joint pain, and limited range of motion, not once has she touched me to feel or see what is happening first hand. If you are anything but sunshine and buttercups about her response, she gets visibly agitated, physically demonstrates annoyance and tosses around accusations of the patient being aggressive/or unpleasant. This is enough for most people to shrink back and defer to her. The only real change I saw was when I did a lot of indpendant medical research, that I then had to show her directly, and asking for physical print outs of her care plan, or lab results. Having that information then DID show a lack of follow up on a variety of issues or poor lab results. Pushing to get the needed care or answers required being well enough to do so... which is the loop that allows the behaviour to continue.
