Dr. Humphry is a nice person. Tries to do her best and is mostly helpful. Was disappointed when I went for physical. All I got was a requisition for blood work. No blood pressure taken, no temperature taken, no physical examination at all. No sure why. At my age of 57, I would have expected some kind of examination. Ali is wonderful. Very kind and listens so well. Takes her time with you. Connie, yikes...not a good addition to the office. Rude, makes you feel like an inconvenience. Pushes you away, won't listen...and for the face of the office, it shows the practice has gone downhill since Mary left. Mary was tough too, but Connie is very rude. Plz get a new receptionist.

My family and I have all been patients here for many years… this is the first time I’ve been not going disappointed but disgusted.
Let me say her receptionist is horrible, her nurse is wonderful and kind. Dr.Humpfrey herself has always been kind and patient… if she f doesn’t have an answer she finds it out and gets back to you..
recently received a letter with her nee billing system… sure she should be paid more for forms, missed apts etc.. but to bill for things like if the office needs to send out a prescription or if the pharmacy asks for a refill for a patient it’s 25$? In a time people in the world are struggling… this feels like nothing but greed and breaks my heart. I thought better of her.. not everything in life needs to be nickeled and dimed what happened to values and kindness ? I hope she will re look over some of these fees and take out the ones that really.. just aren’t fair and look more like a money grab

My husband & I love Dr, Humphry. She truly cares about her patients & never rushes us. Ali is always helpful & caring. Connie is awesome as well. Always listens to our issues & returns our calls promptly. I have recommended Dr. Humphry to family & friends & just wish she was taking new patients because I would send every one I know to these most capable ladies. Love you all.

Dr. Humphrey is the best doctor you could ask for. She is always professional, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. The only complaint I have is with her new receptionist. When you call in for an appointment I find her to be very rude and makes you feel that you are somehow are inconveniencing her. Although her previous receptionist could be rude sometimes she always fit me in to see the doctor as she knew that I only would call if something was wrong with me. This new receptionist does not even attempt to fit you in and is reluctant to hear why you need to see the doctor right away. There is never a reminder call so if you lose your appointment card for your appointment three months down the road you'll have to wait another three months.

She is an amazing doctor and has looked after my family and I since she became one. I wouldn't have it any other way. She is do much more that that to us.

She is a great listener. Does not rush her patients. Quiet and soft spoken. Knowledgeable. Willing to refer you to a specialist if you request it or if she deems it necessary.

Dr. Humphrey is a wonderful doctor, she is very easy to talk to. I feel like she really cares about her patients and always gives you all the time you need to talk without rushing you out the door. I also really like Ali the nurse, she is sweet and bubbly. The receptionist can be nice but can also make you feel guilty about making an appointment....

Dr. Humphrey is simply the best. Been with her since she started with Dr. Kavanaugh and have always felt heard. She always listens to my concerns. Nurse Ali is a really good nurse who gives a great needle! Receptionist is very nice and gets me in when I need to be seen. So lucky to have dr Humphrey!

Been with Dr Humphrey since she started with Dr Kavanaugh always very helpful and professional and friendly. Used to be able to get in to see her the same day an issue arose but the new receptionist needs to be more compationate and not make patients feel like they are inconveniencing her. I don't feel like I need to go through the third degree to book an appointment. Sure miss Barb and Mary.

Dr. Diane Humphrey is such an incredible human being! She was my Husband's doctor for quite a number of years, and then she thankfully, blessedly, also took me on as well!

She genuinely cares about her patients and seems invested in our physical and mental health. If there is anything that she doesn't seem to feel is within her area of expertise, she quickly refers patients to specialists who are able to help with a diagnosis. She is truly the best doctor one could EVER hope for! Hubby and I love her!!! TBH, though, we sure miss Mary...the new receptionist is sweet, but not as thorough and professional...no reminders with the new one. We miss Mary!!! No offense intended!
