I have very complex health issues and Dr. Siddall does her best to make sure that I get the best care.
I think she is really rushed with perhaps too many patients, and speaks very fast so she is sometimes difficult to follow.
Dr. Siddall always recognizes me and is always aware of my various conditions. Having said that, I always book a follow-up appointment after tests because she often doesn't look at the results until I ask about them, or even remember ordering them. Again, I think this is a function of having too many patients to get through.
Dr. Siddall is in the office only two days a week, which makes getting an appointment difficult. My pharmacy has difficulty getting prescription renewals for me for this reason.
Recently I have begun bringing a family member to my appointments to take notes and to ask questions. . I used to become very anxious before and during appointments because I had trouble making the doctor understand my symptoms. Now my appointments go much better and I feel that I am being heard and understood.
Dr. Siddall includes me in decisions involving my care. She tries to makes sure that I am comfortable with the course of treatment she recommends.
Overall, I feel really fortunate to have Dr. Siddall looking after me. She is a caring, knowledgeable physician who is determined to provide the best possible care.

Similar to a some previous comments-- all is well as long as you don't express any frustration, concern or criticism of your care. She can then get quite hostile in both body language and demeanour. Always best to go in already knowing what is wrong, and your desired care path and just tell her. Simple and straightforward requests are filled with ease --- especially if it only involved looking up a medication to prescribe. Requests to address less straightforward conditions are likely to meet this brusque attitude. Tears after appointments? For sure... more than once in the past 10 years... and a dread of making appointments for anything that isn't obvious. .

Dr Siddall is a great doctor if you don’t have complex issues. Once you do or challenge her perspectives you are often met with a different side of her and the body language that she is the one with the information here not you. It makes you uncomfortable to question things related to your own health. It’s a horrible feeling and it does in fact fill you with stress over over the resistance that you will be met with. The last visit I had with her was fairly unprofessional and I felt her taking her own frustrations out on me. The staff is great there, but the wait for her is horrible, only to have her marathon sprint out after 5 minutes. You don’t even have a chance to exhale a breathe and your appointment is over. general doctors diagnosis, that’s what they are trained to do, they rarely HEAL. It is within a patients right to question this as through basic evolution symptoms shift and things change. Don’t just take what anyone says at face value, especially if it could be gambling with your life, health or wellness.

I have been seeing Dr Siddall for about 9 years. I do feel she is quite knowledgeable and for the most part she has treated me with compassion but there have been a few times that I have left the office feeling like I was an annoyance to her and wasting her time. This creates anxiety when ever I need to book an appointment with her. My last visit I actually left in tears. After listening to her with the patient before me so happy and pleasant she walked in and looked at me and basically acted like she didn't know why I was there and was very cold towards me. She rushed through my appointment with little compassion for my health issue and then on her way out said "I have to run I have a full day". I heard her enter the next room all happy to see the next patient. Made me feel horrible for wasting her time. I literally stood there and cried. I walked out feeling very discouraged.

Great team of professionals! Everyone here has a good sense of team work. I am always seen on-time and Dr. Siddall always seems to 'have time' to talk about medical concerns even when I sense she is very busy! I will continue to drive from Mississauga to see her!

Wonderful doctor! She takes her time and makes sure that you feel assured and informed when you leave her office. I have never felt rushed and I always feel confident that she's done everything she can to help. Huge step up from my last doctor who rushed you out and was very condescending.

I have been going to Dr. Siddall for about 8 years now and she is just fantastic. She takes the time to listen, you don't feel rushed and she explains everything to level that we as patients can understand well. Even after moving to the Mississauga area, I still drive up to Cambridge to see her as she is just the best! Keep up the good work Dr. Siddall!

Finally, a family doctor that knows how to care for patients with multiple chronic health issues without judgement and with compassion. Because of her I have been able to manage my health and keep my career building with minimal impact. She is passionate about her profession and genuinely cares for her patients. At times her nurses have been abrupt and difficult to deal with but upon complaint Dr. Siddall personally addressed issues successfully. A true professional with a keen mind and big heart. I will continue to drive to Cambridge to see her.

Dr. Siddall is a wonderful physician. She is thorough, attentive, and makes you feel heard. She advocates for her patients and appropriately refers when she feels there might be something else going on. Dr. Siddall has been a true support system through many of my health issues and I couldn't be more thankful for her. Recently, after a trip to emerge, her clinic nurse called me at home to see how I was doing and whether there was any way they could help - I felt incredibly cared for in that moment. Thank you!
