Receptionist Lisa is always extremely rude and abrasive whenever I have to interact with her.

Dr. Hondubrata is no better. Her bed side manner is extremely poor and she is not terribly helpful. If there wasn't a doctor shortage I would have switched a long time ago.

Dr and receptionist are excellent.
If it’s necessary the Dr .calls me and I do not have to wait for long to be seen .
I feel like I found a very special Dr.

Dr. Hondubrata is highly knowledgeable, up to date with her recommendations, always greets with a pleasant smile, very empathetic and kind. We always got appointments in timely manner.

Lisa is absolutely wonderful and very helpful in scheduling appointments.

Highly recommended and we are happy that we have Dr. Hondubrata as our family physician.

Our family has been patients of Dr. Hondubrata for many years now. She is a good listener and takes each case seriously and with the same attention to detail.
Were lucky to have her as our GP. Lisa is an awesome receptionist and always does her best to get us appointments .

Fantastic doctor and top notch receptionist. I have been a patient since she took over for Dr. Wadia. (Roughly 20 years)
We moved an hour away 4 years ago and I still travel in to see her! LOVE HER!!

I was a patient of Dr. Hondabratas for ten years. Unfortunately, her secretary is very unprofessional and rude to patients. Since I turned 18, I still made my mom make my appointments so I wouldn't have to deal with her. Over the years, she has made demeaning comments and made me feel incompetent over the phone.

Recently, when I went in, I was told my health card was expired. As a healthcare worker during Covid, I think she should have been aware that due to Covid-19, the renewal of both drivers licences and health cards were postponed. Over the phone, her behaviour was disgusting. When I calmly asked why she felt she could talk to me a certain way, she hung up the phone. I hope Dr. Hondubrata realizes that her secretary bullies her patients and finds someone who can help the public is a professional, kind manner.

She is by far the best doctor I've ever had. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never had trouble getting an appointment, even on short notice. I am really grateful to have a great doctor like her taking care of my family.

Our whole family has been Dr. Hondubrata’s patient for 10 years. Her office so close to my home and appointments almost readily available made it very convenient for me with my small children’s shots and minor injuries from sports. I am a healthy woman requiring very little medical attention, so the lack of depth in her knowledge that I felt every now and then, could be easily ignored. One time during a sickness of mine, the treatment she prescribed was back dated. I am in the habit of doing my own readings for any decisions regarding mine or my children’s health. Once I had to take one of the children to the after hours clinic to see Dr. Leung. Linda’s bad attitude during the next visit for follow up totally confused me. Much later I found out doctors incur a small loss for unavailability when patients visit another doctor. As my son was growing up, he felt uncomfortable around her so I switched to a male doctor. It did not sit well with her. She seems rather possessive about her patients. I ignored all of that and looked at positive sides such as greeting with a smile and very little wait time.
After my divorce and my ex’s ongoing criminal charges, her behaviour drastically changed. During the challenging moments of my life, a very different, very dark side of her revealed. For no reason her mistreatment escalated to the point, she would sometimes over step her boundary. I discovered some unacceptable traits such as lack of patient confidentiality and unethical actions. While Lisa(her secretary) was great in giving appointments right away, for some reason she would often give me misleading information in a seemingly friendly tone. She did that much before my divorce. Anyone with a bit or education and some persistence can find out enough information these days, so it did really matter what she said. While I enjoyed the oriental paintings in the waiting room, I disliked the fabric chairs during the pandemic.
Eventually I switched to a different doctor and I am so glad I did. The staff there are very friendly and caring. The doctor is quite knowledgeable and makes us all very comfortable. Life taught me not to get stuck in a bad situation. Convenience is great but trust is far more important.

She is the best doctor 👩‍⚕️ we can ever find in this world. She is very kind and very knowledgeable and explain us our health issue is simple understanding way. She always gives us hope .
