Dr. Smith is really the best family doctor I’ve ever had. I never feel rushed, he takes time to look things up if he’s not sure of the answer and he listens. He also has a great sense of humour which is good!
My first meet and greet visit with him, I was his 1st patient on his second day and he looked at my file and made some comments about a lack of follow up after radiation treatment for breast cancer from my previous family doctor. I confirmed that she didn’t do any follow up and basically looked at me like I had 12 heads whenever I came to see her. He just looked at me with teary eyes and apologized and said that that was not how a family doctor should function and he would do better - and he does.
I am so thankful to have him, even when it was just phone visits, he is always so thorough and kind.

Been a patient of this doctor for just over 2 years. Every time have been treated with kindness, respect, and has been very helpful in assisting me with things I didn't even ask about. Always punctual and also has been available at the last minute which to me was unheard of before with my last family doctor. Highly recommend him and like others have said on here hope he doesn't leave anywhere anytime soon.
