I have suffered with sinus issues for many years. I visited many doctors,, all rushing me in and out of their clinical offices. I was seeking a better understanding of this ailment and hoping to find a comfortable solution. Finally, a true blessing, a friend recommended Dr Jordan Josephson. He provided a calm luxurious setting and a welcoming staff. He approaches his patients with a warm and caring bed-side manner rarely seen today. He is thorough, kind, and supportive. He offers knowledge understanding and options. He has truly changed my life and how I deal with this annoying condition.

I have a 12-year-old son named Dominick, who has been debilitated by his sinus problems. He has suffered from chronic sinus infections and constant congestion for most of his life. He had terrible debilitating headaches which were affecting his school work. His other symptoms included constant yellow-green discharge, postnasal drip, sore throat, cough which was keeping him up at night, and hoarseness. His symptoms would calm down with antibiotics and then flare up when he would go off. He couldn’t concentrate because of the headaches and cough and his schoolwork was suffering. We’ve tried so many doctors and allergists, but nothing was working. He was taking so many different medications. His sinuses were affecting his daily life at home and at school. He was not himself for years. At one point, we were told that his only hope for relief would be major surgery. Then someone recommended Dr. Jordan Josephson to us as an alternative to the doctors that we were seeing in our hometown. Dr. Josephson was highly recommended and after seeing him on the first appointment, we left the office feeling as if we have just found our solution to all our son’s congestion issues. He gave us hope. Dr. Josephson came up with a course of treatment, arranged for appointments with associates and set us up with an Allergist – all on the same day. He explained that we needed to take a longer course of medicines which no one before told us. Months of medicines he said, we would need to be patient and that if we were he would most likely not need surgery. Whoever heard of a surgeon forgoing surgery. Well, exactly what Dr. Josephson said would happen, happened. Dominick is now off all of the previous medication he was taking except for a nasal spray. He is still irrigating with a Grossan Hydropulse and saltwater. Dominick’s headaches are gone. And he is not coughing anymore. The improvement is a miracle. He has started weekly allergy shots for allergies that we didn’t know he had. And NO Surgery. We were able to treat his symptoms without having him undergo surgery because Dr. Josephson took the time to treat him with effective medicine and saline rinses. We were elated to find a surgeon that advocated for us and got us to take a longer course of medicine to obviate the need for surgery. For the first time in my son’s life, he is feeling better than he has ever felt and as a parent, there is no other goal in life. Dr. Josephson, we are grateful to your staff!! Your staff has been very caring and helpful through this very trying time. Your colleagues that you sent us gave us VIP treatment and were wonderful. And most important, thank you, Dr. Josephson, for the wonderful care that you have provided, the time that you spent above and beyond to allay our concerns, and for getting us to give Dominick the medicines allowing us to forego surgery. Our son is once again happy and healthy thanks to you.

I have suffered from seasonal allergies my entire life and my sinuses were always infected and bothering me. I could not breathe through my nose. I could not even smell and had a minimal sense of taste. I walked around with tissues all year round and recently felt somewhat asthmatic during my worst season, the ragweed season.

I went to a top allergist who is treating me form my allergies. He saw a deviated septum and polyps in my sinuses on my CT scan. The allergist recommended that I see Dr Jordan S. Josephson. The allergist told me that Dr Josephson wrote the book on sinus, allergy and asthma problems entitled Sinus Relief Now (www.sinusreliefnow.com). Great book by the way. I recommend it for all those that suffer.

Dr Josephson examined me and suggested I get the polyps removed and get the deviated septum done. Once I had the polyps removed, within weeks I was able to breathe much better. That improved my sense of smell and taste. Afterwards, Doctor Josephson suggested that I get my septum repaired. Apprehensive about having more surgery, as I thought my breathing couldn’t get any better than what it was, I waited. Well I was wrong. I finally let Dr Josephson do a second operation which he told me I might have to do before the sinus surgery. And amazingly, there was another significant improvement in my breathing and the way that I felt. It was like Dr Josephson gave me a new life after I had both surgeries. And in fact my asthma has also improved dramatically.

By the way, the two surgeries were very easy, no general anasthesia, no black and blues, no packing as my friends had when they went to other doctors, and I had minimal discomfort not even pain which I took a few Tylenol for. Dr Josephson has amazing hands. I was back to work the next working day.

The surgery didn’t cure my allergies (and Dr Josephson told me this before surgery), but I feel like a new person year round. I feel better than I thought that I would ever feel. Thank you Dr Josephson for being so caring and patient and for everything that you have done and continue to do for me. You are terrific.

I was debilitated with sinus infections and went from doctor to doctor without resolution. I had terrible debilitating headaches, I couldn’t breathe and I couldn’t stop coughing. The doctors kept giving me medicines and everyone had a different opinion of what was causing my problem. I continued to suffer. I could not function at work and could not sleep at night. I was miserable. And no one seemed to have a solution. So I decided to go out of network to Dr Jordan Josephson, even though it was going to cost me a little more. We researched Dr Josephson and heard nothing but good things about Dr Josephson from friends and other doctors. I read his book Sinus Relief Now and in retrospect think that every sinus sufferer should read it.

I made an appointment to see Dr Josephson and he spent considerably more time with me than any of the other doctors that I had seen. He was very thorough and explained his diagnosis and the treatment that I would have to undergo which included various medicines, irrigating with a netipot, nasal sprays and further study. He said if medicine did not work that I might need surgery. I was glad that he was not quick to go to the operating room even though he was a surgeon. He said lets see if medicine can clear this up. He calmed me down as I was alarmed that I was never going to feel better. In fact, he was so caring, he gave me his personal cell number which he said I should use should I need. I never heard of a doctor doing that. I later found out he gives all of his patients his personal cell number. This provided comfort just knowing that I could reach my doctor if my problems worsened. I read his book Sinus Relief Now and it all started to make sense. After medicine only improved my problems partially, Dr Josephson explained that I in fact, needed Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery. Even though I heard nightmare stories about sinus surgery and my father had it and it was a bad experience, my desperation lead me to decide to undergo surgery.

Dr Josephson spent a lot of time explaining that with his technique, I probably would not need anything for pain except tylenol and that I would probably only feel that my nose was a little achy. He told me that I would probably notice that I was breathing better in the recovery room right after surgery. He told me that I would probably not have any packing in my nose and he said that I would have surgery under a local with sedation and as a result would not feel groggy from general anaesthesia. This sounded scary but it really wasn’t and in fact the surgery went pretty easy and in the recovery room I could not believe how much better I was breathing. The surgery was not bad at all. He said that I would most likely be able to go to work the next morning after I saw him. And in fact, I did. I took a few Tylenol and that is all I needed. It wasn’t really painful, it was a little achy the way he said it would be. After surgery he said that there would be some procedures that I would have to undergo after surgery in his office and with each one of these I would find more improvement. I am still undergoing these and with each procedure, I am feeling better and better. By now, you can figure out that I had the surgery and now it is a month later and everything Dr Josephson said came true. The whole fairy tale. My Dad had a similar surgery for his sinus infections and polyps years ago and when Dr Josephson explained how recovery would be my dad said it didn’t sound like what he experienced. My father said he had endoscopic surgery by another well regarded surgeon and that it was performed under general anaesthesia, his nose was packed, he was all banged up and he had a lot of pain and he was out of work for about a week. Prior to surgery, my father said that Dr Josephsons description of what I would experience after surgery sounded to good to be true. But it was exactly how he described.

I am now much better than I can ever remember being and I continue to improve with his care. My father still can’t believe how well the recovery went and how good I felt afterwards and continue to feel. I have been enjoying my summer. It was worth going to Dr Josephson even though it cost considerably more out of network. They say, you get what you pay for in life and this definitely was true in this case. Dr. Jordan Josephson is a true life saver. I couldn’t be happier with the care, treatment and surgery that I have received. He is superior thorough and it is obvious how much he cares about his patients. He spends the time that they need. Thank you Dr Josephson. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jordan Josephson to anyone with a sinus or nose problem..

Dr Josephson is truly an amazing doctor. I went to see him because I had a lump in my neck. I knew I was going to need surgery but was very nervous. He was perfect. He alleviated all of my fears. He was very caring. Dr Josephson recommended surgery. But what was really amazing about him is that he went over the research in the field with me and offered to send me to another doctor who was doing a protocol of observation instead of surgery for thyroid cancer. I never heard of a doctor doing this, sending a potential surgery away. Although, I appreciated Dr Josephson giving me all of the options, I finally chose surgery after I looked into the protocol. Watching a cancer in my body was not for me. But at least he gave me all the options.

Through the process, I was a wreck. Dr Josephson saw this and gave me his cell number and was always available. Not like the doctors today. I was always able to reach him. I went to multiple doctors because I was a basket case about this. Dr Josephson was always available to answer all of my questions. The other opinions always led back to Dr Josephson and I now know why. Dr Josephsons team is phenomenal. They were all caring and thorough. Dr Josephson did my surgery which went amazing. You can barely see the scar.

Through it all, Dr Josephson is tops. The most amazing part is that for such a brilliant famous doctor (you know he was on Oprah and Dr Oz, wrote a book Sinus Relief Now etc), when you become his patient, he treats you like you were his next door neighbor. He is available and has helped my friends that don’t even know him making calls to help me get my friends appointments when they were not able to. He is genuinely a very nice person who cares a lot about his patients.

I went to see Dr. Josephson as I was suffering from various sinus problems and complications such as GERD (gastroesophageal reflux) and snoring. Previously, I have gone to various doctors and none of them seemed to connect the dots between all of these problems. I was given a lot of treatments over the years, most that provided temporary or minimal relief. Dr. Josephson gets it. His treatments are spot on and have offered me significant relief already. He thinks of everything with balance. Dr. Josephson’s treatments have made a huge difference in my life already. I highly recommend him.
