This doctor often times appears to be confused with the last visitation information, also I received the wrong shot for a disease I didn't have, due to her looking up another patients profile while treating me. Apologized, but not worth my time to get misdiagnosed.

The doctor seems to be off track at times when dealing directly with patients, seens confused and or forgets recent visit information, and made a mistake in my treatment.
