Excellent in every way. So wonderful that appointments are hard to get. But be careful to avoid his partner, Dr. Philip Perlman, who is really weak in patient communication.

Very disappointed I called this morning to make an appointment for my daughter who has been a patient prior but has not been seen in a few years, and I was told that she would be considered a new patient and she would not be seen until September. When I asked what happens with a more pressing situation and someone cannot wait until September, I was told to go to urgent care. Obviously my daughter already saw her pediatrician who referred her to an ENT, why would I take her to an urgent care? It's too bad that the staff is so unprofessional because Dr. Ditkoff is a great doctor. My daughter loved him when she had the ear problems. Anyway I have found a new doctor and my daughter will be seen on Tuesday.

Great Doctor, great friendly staff, my children had seen another ENT with no relief. My pediatrician referred us to Dr. Ditkoff and he was amazing with the kids. His staff had toys to relax my younger child and she loves going there now. My experience was great and we'll worth the wait for an appointment!

Incredible doctor, incredible office. They are on-time, very helpful and friendly, and associated with the most wonderful St. Francis hospital. Dr. Ditkoff has the best personality and my child absolutely adores him and his staff. He was referred to us by our pediatrician and we couldn't be happier.

The very best ENT dr. Staff is wonderful, Dr. is extremely knowledgeable. After seeing 3 other ENTs, I finally found the best one on Long Island.
