I have seen Dr. Isaacs 4 times total, and after my last appointment I am looking for a new doctor. In the past, she has rushed through appointments, left me with more questions then answers, and continually harped on me about my job of all things. I took all this in stride, and decided to ignore all that because I was feeling better with the med she put me on. All that changed last week. I went in for my usual checkup and had absolutely no time to discuss any medical questions because she was too busy telling me I need a better job with health benefits. I understand her concern, but she went so far as to say that I needed to "grow up" and get a better job. I am done dealing with her condescending and dismissive attitude. There's gotta be better options out there!!!

Does not believe in collaborative care of patients and does not want a patient to question her care. Does not accept diagnoses from previous doctors unless she agrees with them. Very condescending and acts like doing you a favor to treat you. Would not recommend her to anyone with any expectation of having questions answered, or participating in your care in any other way other than just doing what she tells you to do. Her nurse comes in and asks a lot of questions and then she comes in and asks the same questions. What a waste of time and effort. Does she not read the info her nurse collected? If not why have the nurse ask the questions? Cannot wait to find someone else to see.

she never spends more then four minutes with me never stays long enough to explain everything to me. I Always leave confused. Is not very friendly and I always have to wait at least an hour past my appointment time to just get in the back and then it is more waiting for a couple of minutes with the doctor. Not sure at all what to do when I have painful flare ups. Very disappointed

I'm a little confused with this dr. Wont see you if you have seen another rheumatologist in her building. How stupid and ridiculous is that!! I would say she's not worth it anyway.

I drive from Frisco to Fort Worth to see this very special doctor every 3 months. I've seen her for 20 years and her professionalism, guidance, caring, knowledge and insights have kept my spirit alive during many life crises in spite of this cruel disease. Few doctors keep up with your progress with other doctors and factor it into your treatment. She finds things other doctors miss. She helps you determine a life plan. She has kept me walking.

My mom was so gotten off with the doctor's rudeness that she stop going to any doctor for almost 2 years and now she is nearly crippled because the doctor was sooo dismissive of her and she refused to have to go back to that doctor. We are finally getting her a new doctor.

This doctor was very rude I waisted s lot of time waiting for a doctor's appointment. They had me waiting for 3 months, then when I got there I waited almost. 2hrs in her office found out they did not take my insurance. The bad part about it was she did not even talk to me she would not come into the room at all, which Si found to be rude, she have her staff trained, to give you a nice brush off. After I waited on her for 3 months, I could have seen someone else, now my hands and wrist or worse because It took me a while to find some one else. Take my advice go to another doctor. This doctor is over rated and full of her self. Save your self the time and money, because with all the over rate goes s lot of money and she's not worth it! .

I have seen Dr. Issacs for almost a year, and she has been wondersful. She is very professional, whih could be taken as cold or non-social. However, she asks questions about how I am felling and listens to my answers before making any recommendations. I feel like she takes the time to assess my condition before taking a course of action. She does do brief exams to feel my joints for stiffness and swelling every visit. Absolutely no complaints about her, and I would unhesitatingly recommend her to anyone. She has brought my RA under control. Her staff is nice and friendly to me also. Truly, no complaints. She has been great for me.

I have been seeing Dr Isaacs for many years. Between her, my neurologist, and my primary care my pain has improved greatly. Overall I feel much better and function better. I waited one year for an appt with her, she was highly recommended. I lose several unpaid hrs from my job when I have my appt for prescription refills every 3 months. She keeps careful watch on my lab work. Although hurried and seemingly preoccupied I feel she is listening. All professional and not much time for bedside manners. Everyone in her office is as busy as she is. With few words, she was extremely kind and sincerely concerned and helpful while I was recovering from a recent difficult health situation. I think she is worth the wait.
