I have been with Dr. Isaacs for about 20 yrs. She is caring and knowledgeable. With her specialty, she cannot always be on time. She never knows when she will have to inject a joint. Her staff has always been friendly and kind to me. Do not be decieved...Dr. Isaacs cares about her patients and will do all she can to help them.

I've had an extremely good and helpful experience with Dr.Isaacs. I've been seeing her for over a year now and never had to wait very long to see her. She's been very caring and helpful to me. I also found her staff to be nice and very efficient in their work. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and would be in terrible trouble without Dr. Isaac and her staff.

She has wasted a lot of my time with maintenance type care rather that trying to be proactive. She came highly recommended. She may be smart, but is not effective. Perhaps she is too conservative. She requires too frequent followups (every one or two months). All office visits are non-contact. She asks questions, but does not touch.

She is good doc, but only allows 10 minutes. If you have more than one thing to say, heaven help you. They are very, very slow!!! But she's worth it.

Dr. Isaacs is fairly good medically, but her bedside manner is the worst I''ve ever seen. She dismisses questions with "Don''t worry about it, it''s no big deal" and five minutes with her is considered a long appointment. I feel that my diagnosis was correct and some of the medication has helped but her detachment and demeanor are not worth the trade off. Besides that, I don''t think I should have to Google questions about rheumatoid arthritis when I return from a doctor''s appointment.

Dr.Isaacs has no time for her patients. I have waited as much one and 1/2 hours. She never remembers anything and I see her every month. I do not respond well to the medicines which irritates her. When I was there last ,I told her I didn't feel well. She said "I'm not a miracle worker". I said I knew but in 1 and 1/2 years I thought there should be some improvement. She said she didn't know what else to do . All this time she is trying to run out the door. I ask questions, she answers like I was a child. I hear her being cheerful to some others. I guess they respond to the medicine so she looks like she knows what she is doing with them. With my insurance I have no choice but her. She has never told me what I have. She says I have symptoms of 3 types of arthritis ,then says I don't. My test came back positive for certain types of arthritis then she says that doesn't mean I have them. She was highly recommended by my dermatolagist. If she is the best ,I would hate to see the worst.

I had a very good experience with this doctor. She spent a great deal of time with me and seemed to be very kind and caring, as was her staff. I feel that I'm receiving a very high quality of caring attention and help.

Clearly Emily Isaacs is far too busy to either listen, or keep her patients historys and information from getting mixed up with other patients. She seems not to even be talking to ME when she relates to what she has as MY health history. I DO NOT recommend this Dr. if you have a serious problem with this horrific disease.

I get the impression that Dr. Isaacs is very good at her job and well respected, but I do feel she can be a bit condescending.

Very good Rheumatologist....office is very busy so you must be patient. Front office is alittle stiff at first but after you get to know them they are all very nice.
