I have written a couple of reviews in the past, so I think it's interesting that when I go to look up reviews, mine is no where to be found. This guy is a fake, a fraud and he is going to end up killing someone with the magnitude of prescription pain meds he writes. He will literally write a prescription for any drug you want. No questions asked.

I've had several neck & back surgeries & my othe Paim Dr. Retired & brought in a new younger Dr. This new Dr. Was very rude, & gave me a new medication that was interfering w/my regular pain meds!! Told I'm what it was doing, he refilled my regular meds, & told me "you have 30 days to find a new Pain Dr!? I left confused & crying! Then I looked around for a good Dr. Who would look over all my medical papers. I found Dr. Barroga, & he has been an answer to my prayers! I love Dr. Barroga, he listens & helps manage my pain which is chronic! He's gentle, caring, & as long as you do your part as a patient, & gets tests done that he orders, so he can see how bad things are getting In my neck & spine. He is wonderful and extremely gentle when he gives me my injections!! His bed side manner is amazing!! He really does care about his patients!!! All the people at the front desk are great & so sweet to me & all!! I go every month, for my injections, he listens to you if you have new pain & more often than not he knows the answer. If not he will research it & may want me to get a CT w/dye, X-Rays 2 make sure my hardware is in place! I've got osteoarthritis in my whole spine w/bone spures that makes the pain more intense. He is a very wonderful, caring with me!! He is gunuinely a very caring Dr.!! I highly recommend him for anyone who is in chronic pain!!! Love him & his staff!!

I have a rare, no-cause, no-cure foot disease and Dr. Barroga took me on as a patient. Even though my disease is super-rare, he researched and helps me with the pain from this disease. It is progressive, but I've been going every month to Dr. Barroga and he has helped me with every issue and helps me live a somewhat 'normal' life. He takes steps to ensure he knows about this disease and because it is so rare, it's very difficult to find a pain management Dr. who will help me with this. And, the staff has helped me very much, as well. He cares about his patients, and the building of trust is key with a rare condition. Very important to be responsible and pro-active so Dr. Barroga can best treat my condition - I have a back issue, too, and he helps with that. A great Dr. who cares, who listens, and who works with you as trust is established to form a solid Dr. - patient relationship. I highly recommend Dr. Barroga for chronic pain, acute pain, and other pain from injury or long-term disease or injury. Staff keeps A+ records and Dr. Barroga will try to satisfy any request as long as you also work with his requests for x-ray, MRI, etc. I am lucky to have such a terrific Dr. for my chronic pain and I recommend him highly. You will be very happy with staff and the professional care provided by Dr. Barroga. A+

I recently moved to Dallas and was nervous about being able to stay on the pain regimen I was on before moving here. I have a lower back injury from the gulf war and have been doing all things possible to control the pain short of surgery.I got referred to DR. Barroga, and was extremely satisfied with his manor and his care. He is a true professional in an extremely struggling practice very often on the brink of closing. His 3 staff members are the reason his practice is struggling. The front receptionist does everything she can NOT to assist patients and often screws up billing. The guy that is the coordinator is helpful in the very few minutes you see him.The nursing aid is abusive to patients, when she is out of the Dr's view she acts as if it is her practice. She can not take an appropriate bp or check patients in.She continually acts out of her scope of licensing believing she runs the office, and interferes in patient care. She very often blatently argues w/pt's.Stay away
