Staff never returns calls when messages are left, MD doesn't respond to pre-auths from insurance, refuses to complete federally mandated paperwork, MD doe not communicate test results or answer inquires from patients in a timely manner. Very poorly run practice and take the communication with patients on test results "no news is good news" - yes a direct quote. Not a subscriber to patient-centered care and seeing patients seems to be an inconvenience to his teaching schedule. Had to keep track of all follows up that went on for 6 months without a return call!

I havefound Dr. Bookbinder extremely knowledgeable and helpful and understanding as well as sympathetic to my pain and needs. He is very thorough and came highly reccomended to me by other well trusted Dr.'s as well, I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend him to anyone. D.B. Summerfield

dr. b is great took care of my pain I have experienced for more than 20 years several other docs miss diagnosed me.he found out what was wrong in one vist he is awesome.
