Dr. Jiron is one of the best! He successfully treated me for ear problems, and then I learned he is the only surgeon in our county who does the Inspire device implant surgery. I was struggling with using a bipap machine for sleep apnea. The Inspire device has been a blessing. Dr. Jiron did a marvelous job with the procedure.

I went to Dr. Jiron for a nodule on my thyroid which necessitated half of my thyroid be removed. He was clear on what to expect and the possible hazards of the surgery. I already had full faith in him because he was recommended to me by my cancer doctor but even the anesthesiologist stated that if he needed surgery on the throat he would want Dr. Jiron to perform it. He did a wonderful job even though my short neck made the surgery more complicated than normal. While my follow-up appointment was with his nurse, he did come in and check up on me as well. I definitely recommend him.

My name is Manny M. I have been a CPAP or a BIPAP user for over 20 years. I have used several types of masks for my Sleep Apnea. These masks were very uncomfortable, and they had to be cleaned often. I had to secure them to my face very tight with the uncomfortable straps because otherwise, they leaked and made a loud noise. This system kept waking me up in the middle of the night; often, I removed the mask from my face.
