After waiting for an hour, I was able to see a doctor. It's OK Because he's a specialist But he was very rude, arrogant and asked all the questions very quickly and abruptly. It also makes parents feel guilty. My son coughed once and he said, "You shouldn't have come here! Go to the family doctor," he said and left the room as if running away. The website didn't have a policy to come if you're sick, and he didn't have a cold or COVID-19.

Dr. Chan helped our baby who has since passed. the first year was extremely traumatic for our family dealing with unexpected surgeries. Dr. Chan helped us by keeping my wife on track while I dealt with depression. We are grateful for his care and being the guiding light during those times

I would certainly agree with the reviews about efficiency and thoroughness. Dr Chan really knows his stuff, he diagnosed my daughter immediately and the tests all came back as he suspected. I appreciate that he explains ‘the why’ behind it all, so we didn’t have to worry so much

Extremely efficient doctor. my husband and I were both very impressed with the initial telephone assessment that led to a series of blood tests and MRI for our daughter. Everything was arranged within 1 day and we are booked to see him in person in 2 weeks to go over the results. we really appreciated the time savings of a telephone visit first becuase both my husband and I are working now. We dont need to take too many days off for my daughters health. its very important to us, but it has been hard to take so many days off for tests and doctor visits.
