This doctor did not actually know how to treat an emergency for the eye and has resulted in severe consequences.

She has no passion to treat and care about patients. She has ZERO knowledge about medicine and her field, ophthalmology. Second year medical students have much better understanding and knowledge about nervous system. She doesn't know about Trigeminal neuralgia, indeed non professional behavior with pain-suffering patients. She needs to stay home, study from the beginning

This is an “all business” practice. Staff are all very polite and respectful. Dr. Elaine Woo did my cataract surgery’s and it was fabulous, no problems, no issues. I have also seen one of the optometrists in the office who also is a good doctor. If there is one thing I could ask them to improve it would be to please introduce themselves to patients. I had a number of tests done on one visit and was looked after by 3 different people but not sure who they were.

The wait time is completely unacceptable, especially for elderly people. Took my 93-year old mother who has dementia to see her. When I saw the crowded waiting room, the overflow in the hallway, and one woman complain she had been waiting for an hour and counting, I asked the receptionist about the wait time. She said Dr. Woo was in time! After 45 minutes, I decided to leave because it was clear that we would be there fir hours. No consideration for her patients who are mostly the elderly.

Had my surgery today. Fantastic caring doctor, knowledgeable and the best ophthalmologist I have ever had. Staff are very helpful, patient and were a great help in preparing me for the surgery and liaising with my pharmacy to get me the right eye drops. The whole assessment and surgery went without any problems and I was always at ease with the knowledge that I had the best caring for me. Five stars is too low, I would rate Dr. Woo off the charts at 100.
