Dr. Hum is always very helpful and efficient. I have been seeing him for several years now on the recommendation of a friend and would not go anywhere else.

He tries to up sell you in every possible way. Charge you re-examination fees when the original examination he gave was wrong in the first place. He tries to enroll you into his classes - introduction to contact lens. He will ask you to do extra examinations claiming the basic $95 examination is not sufficient.
