Dr. Liang's office is hopelessly overbooked. 4:30PM appointment didn't get to see the doctor until 7:15PM'ish. When you arrived, the receptionist wouldn't acknowledge you other than pointing to a notice to self sign-in. Then the wait began. There were still many patients waiting when I left at about 7:45PM. Dr. Liang would start his day again at 9:00AM the next morning. Just what kind of patient care is this other than maximizing his own income!

Was in crowded waiting area last week with 5 other patients for almost 2 hours before seeing Dr Liang. Would be unacceptable at any time but seems particularly alarming in the time of omicron.

Appointment on 4 pm. - but wait until 6 -pm without reasons. Over 4 patients + 2 receptionist waiting inside the tiny room. Under COVID-19 , not acceptable at all.

Due to his poor, unprofessional, and rude attitude my mom decided to go with another ophthalmologist. They tried to manipulate her into booking a surgery which didn’t work. His schedule was also very open which was a big red flag. My mom refused to book an eye laser surgery with him, and he later reported her to the government to have her license revoked without her knowledge as a “revenge”, or to force her to get her eye laser surgery done with him asap. As you know, the good ophthalmologist you have to be on the waiting list for months. Now my mom might can’t drive very soon when her vision is actually not poor with glasses confirmed by an optometrist. Please trust the poor reviews and do not get involved with this doctor. He’s not just unprofessional and rude, but has bad business ethics and desperate for money since he has no clients.

This guy is habitually late. Appointments are never timely. His communication skills are sketchy and I frequently have to advocate for more clarity and information on behalf of my father. Lacks follow up. Would not recommend.

Every time needs to Wait for two to hours for nothing, people sat on the corridor floor.. Doesn’t response to questions clearly but he writes everything on his record. He diagnosis very careful.

I m generally grateful to healthcare provider but this one is an exception. Need basic patient doctor communicating skills. Irritable when you ask question. Bad and unprofessional communicating skills. Big shortfall. Won t go to him henceforth.

Location is okay with free parking. However, unacceptable wait time and doctor does not listen to question or care to explain the issue.
