I've been with Dr. Kong since i was first diagnosed at 23. I'm 33 now and still with him. He's very helpful and on top of things. Couldn't imagine being with any other endo :)

I saw him and was thoroughly examined by a resident, Dr. Bhular under Dr. Kong's supervision. I found both polite, thorough and reassuring. Dr. Bhular was aware of my anxiety and managed to make me laugh.
Kimmie is just great : polite, helpful and kind. Everyone involved gave me the impression that I was seen, a person, and heard.

I have spoken to Dr Kong by Telephone twice, and Zoom once. His Assistant Kimmy Lam is fantastic.

Been with Dr. Kong since I was first diagnosed. Both him and Kimmy have been a tremendous help for me. Kimmy is also super responsive too. I really appreciate how he explains things in detail as well

Worst experience in a doctors office I've ever had, from front office staff to the "doctor" himself you can expect to be met with laziness, indifference and the feeling that this guy is only interested in hearing himself talk. Of course it doesn't help when office staff refuses to respond to emails, although if you follow up your first inquiry with 2-3 more you may get a response a week or so later. Don't put yourself through the hassle
